Most of the people I know who have visions and divinations through dreams do so because they have a gift for it; it’s not something that can be learned.

Artemidorus Oneirocritica is the manual Freud and Jung worked out of.
I like The Interpretation of Dreams by Ibn Sirin.
Basically write the dream down, collect the relevant symbols, interpret each symbol individually, then weave them together.

You have to find what works for you, as people are different. I'd suggest experimenting first with something simpler (say, feeling happy) and utilizing visualization (end results) and verbal formulations (make sure the words you use are meaningful and clear to you) and finding what your subconscious responds to.

I'm a little confused here. You're asking YES or NO questions to divine on and the answer is given to you through divination tools which are consecrated. I'm not sure how you could make that work through dreaming. You can definitely receive messages, but to divinate? I doubt it. Have you seen this done in real life? Or have you seen a video on it? I'm curious.
