The following is a technique I simply came up with on the spot a couple days ago. It involves the vivid imagining of a lightning storm, lightning striking you and energizing your body. It is sort of like the MPR, except it has no vibration of godnames and doesn't relate to the tree of life or the kabbalah.
You will need absolutely nothing besides yourself, unless you'd like to channel the energy raised, which I shall discuss later.
Stand in the center of a cleared space.
Close your eyes and visualize yourself in some place associated with lightning.
I choose a high building, close to the sky.
See in the near distance a black storm cloud.
Every once in a while, you see a flash of light within the cloud; lightning.
Feel the wind picking up all around you, perhaps even feel rain begin to fall.
The point of this is to put you in a state of actually "being" in a storm.
The cloud is now overhead, it blots out the sun, making everything dark.
Take a deep breath, hold for a count of five and then exhale.
Repeat this three to five times.
Now being relaxed, visualize a bolt of lightning striking you.
It strikes you at your crown chakara.
It enters it, it electrifies and makes it a hot, glowing white sun.
The chakara sends off rays of intense heat from the lightning.
Inhale, and imagine the crown sending a bolt down to your third eye.
However, it only touches and connects, IT DOES NOT ENTER THE CHAKARA.
It only enters when you exhale, and it becomes white and burns just as the crown.
Repeat this procedure for the throat, heart, solar plexus, sacral, and root chakaras.
When it reaches the root, each chakara should now be connected to its previous by a continuing bolt of lightning.
The crown is no longer being struck.
Now that each chakara is energized, imagine each one letting loose this energy into the body.
It creeps into every vein and artery, to the point of almost bursting from your skin.
Your body is now a body of blinding light.
This energy can be used in many ways.
If you would like to clean your aura, simply let the energy expand out your flesh and electrify the aura, purging it of all impurities.
You can also channel it into objects or use it to cast circles, etc.
In order to do this, you should use a conductor.
A conductor would be a wand or an athame.
Move all the energy into the hand, it collects there.
Then push it through you hand into the conductor and then direct it as a stream of white energy.
