Found these while following a particular trail of research that led me to the writings of one Stephanie Spoto. She has an essay in the first volume included here : (Daimonic Intelligence - edited by Angela Voss & William Rolandson)
Further, she is the author of Lilith - Gender and Demonology. Unfortunately, it is very pricey and no PDF is available. However, she DID author a 300 page dissertation for the University of Edinburgh entitled :
Figure of Lilith and the feminine demonic in early modern literature
Being that it is definitely book-length and doubtlessly has all of the pertinent deliciousness (and more) to be found in the much smaller collector's volume, I have included that in the file, as well. This has certainly never been posted here, has never appeared in mass-published form, and its obscurity will certainly be of interest to many on this forum.
