I recommend going out into nature to do this, and as well as leaving offerings to whatever nature area you choose. Anyways as you're out in nature, sit somewhere where you're grounding yourself. Have palms upward on your legs. Eyes closed is optional, now clear your breath. Afterwords you're gonna breath in and imagine that as you breath in, energy from your surrounding environment/reality is taken into your hands. As you hold your breath after the Inhale imagine all that energy remaining within your hands. Exhale.
Breath in and again imagine that as you breath in, energy from your surrounding environment/reality is again taken into your hands, this time a sphere is light is going to be growing in-between your hands. Exhale
Take another breath in and now as you breath in imagine that sphere of light in-between your hands grows bigger from taking in energy from the surrounding environment/reality. Exhale
Now take in that sphere of light with a breath in.

I have a couple of meditations that may be of interest.
The chi meditation. This is a breathing exercise.
Take a deep breath in expanding you chest and abdomen the maximise your breath.
When full, relax everything and allow the air to be exhaled.
When the exhalation has slowed to nothing, Draw your abdomen in to exhale more breath.
When fully exhaled, relax all and allow passive inhalation until inhalation is slowed to nothing.
Repeat.

This clears the lungs of most stale air and gives a good oxygen supply in your blood. Do not do it too rapidly or you may hyperventilate.
The oxygen in the blood helps the T-lymphocytes to produce peroxide at sites where there are bacteria etc. so is beneficial.

The other meditation is to watch your thoughts and try to comprehend a thought without putting it into words. With bilingual people, when they receive a thought, they translate it into the language they are currently using. Our language can at times not have an appropriate word for what we are thinking. I have had some thoughts when I was thinking back on things I have done, and the first thought was "I won" when the true statement should have been "I achieved" as it was not a competition. I believe honesty with oneself is very important.

The next step is always visualizing your intent and let that ball let go 🩷 simple but always efficient.
