So I did this with the intent of having success in maintaining mental health. AfterwordsI felt more clear and I felt cool energy around the back and sides of my head. And I could tell it made a difference. I did this when I was experimenting with some info I obtained from Liber Kaos by Peter Carrol.
Items: Pen and paper and have an intent
Follow these I instructions while you focus on your intent.
Have you pen and paper in front of you,
You're gonna have to be sitting upright,
Take a deep deep breath in,
Roll your eyes back into your head,
then pull in and tighten your stomach muscles,
Hold your breath until you get dizzy,
As you get dizzy you'll fall into a trance,
imagine energy going up from the bottoms of your spine up your neck Into your head,
At the same time imagine energy going through your arm to your hand and pen/pencil that you're drawing with,
Remind yourself of your intent,
As you scribble on that peace of paper your intent while dizzy,
Also Scribble with the intent of fulfilling that intent,
What you scribble doesn't have to be coherent.
