The average person does not try to comprehend this dual-state of ours because it takes away our individuality in a strange way, but delving into these ideas brings understanding and power beyond expression.
The great secret lies in how a snake sheds its skin. If you can dig past your surface, and find that part of you which will survive the shedding, immortality in its only authentic form can be reached.

Ah, I see. I know what you mean. I find when I'm functioning in that state things just seem to happen around me. Synchronicity after synchronicity, obstacles break themselves. That sort of thing. Have you experienced that?

It is a literal death. There is no going back. The whole experience and understanding of what this is changes and is brought into light.
Obstacles vanish, and synchronicity has its origin within you. Of course I have taken Ganesha to be my Patron, so typically obstacles do "break themselves" for me, and incredible opportunities have just "fallen" into my lap. It's possible we share the same phenomenon and explain it in different ways.
Reality is a gameboard, the average person struggles to maintain themselves and feebly makes a future, I have crafted a Heaven for myself while I delve deeper into the Truths, by those who have shed their skins before me and have become masters of the Cosmos.

Its something that could push a person to insanity or suicide if done improperly, so I don't blame you for doing it piecemeal, I was the same way. A big help was that I was interested in deeply understanding the reality of what non-dual Advita meant, how that would apply to reality of that was the case, etc.
Well, the image is you. Inside the serpent, the eye represents the ego, the central black triangle I'd matter ascending, the central white triangle is divinity descending, with the ego at the center of matter and tip of the divine. Reflected above the ego is the divine consciousness, Solar Consciousness, Tiferet. To the left is the Left Hand Path with its divine expression as Yin above it, to the right is the Right Hand Path, with divine Yang above it. There are the four elements, all within the serpent. The orientation, colors, and locations of the triangles are all important and symbolic, but what is most important is that all of this happens within the bowels of the immortal serpent.
There's a common attitude where people's opinions, discoveries, and views aren't taken seriously because they just appear from the ether, spouted by "nobody" hermits that just ramble but haven't accomplished anything. Given that this poisonous attitude has found itself here, in the journal where I post many of my life-changing epiphanies, I thought it'd be useful to share some context and brag about the success magic has enabled me to claim. Maybe then some people may take my advice and opinions more seriously, so that they themselves can get fucking control over their own lives and flourish. Or not, and in that case, perish.
Before I began my magical practice, I was essentially an unconscious defective failure. I had been diagnosed with Generalized Anxiety Disorder, Major Depressive Disorder, and Complex-Post-Traumatic-Stress-Disorder by several different professionals. A sudden life change left me in a new state with no personal contacts outside of my small family. I had been laid off from my previous soul-sucking-middle-management job and couldn't hold down a new job for more than 3 days before quitting like a punk-ass-bitch. I was living off my savings and sharing a home with my small vampiric lowliffe criminal family. I will spare many details, but I was headed towards the life of a nothing braindead junkie.
And then I began my journey into The Mysteries.
Through insight & meditation I found my path towards a rewarding mundane future. I had followed my intuition towards a Lodge of Masters, who train and enrich my self-power to help me towards a rewarding supramundane future. I also use this intuition for herbalism, I have eradicated my lifetime achene problem through intuition alone, when all the bullshit achene products I have tried did nothing. This intuition helped me create and build my practice. This intuition has also led to my "art", I am self-taught, I never work hard on my craft, it's all effortless blind intuition, and in a decade or so I will have improved to the point of making it a lucrative side income. (Real Wizards make plans decades in advance.)
Through magic I brought to me a cushy dream job, several opportunities to make my life more pleasurable & independent, and brought several windfalls of cash my way. I have also masterfully used energy-work to bring in huge amounts of specific energies so that I may navigate life effortlessly, meanwhile fulfilling many tiring and demanding responsibilities with such grace that I've earned the admiration and love of many.
Through disciplined charm & LHP practices, I have made myself the favorite at work, school, and among those at my Lodge. Those I interact with in daily life share with me how they view me with respect, how they see me as wise, hard working, intelligent, and creative. In short, my magical charm has earned the love many, to my girlfriend's dismay.
I live on my own with my girlfriend and pets, with lost of money, time, and educative esoteric material, meanwhile juggling more mundane responsibilities than many normal people could handle alone. I have built a powerful discipline to maintain a daily magical, meditative, artistic, and Martial Arts practices.
This is the best evidence I could give without fucking doxing myself. I have used magic to completely reshape myself and my life to my will. If that doesn't make me a successful young magician, I don't know what does, currently I am powerful, successful, healthy, and free to do as I will. If you disagree, I'll be happy to chew you out off this public space so I don't get banned

In short, I have the flesh of a man, speech of a man, and idiosyncrasies of a man, but I am not a man. I am solar.
Imagine you've been driving a car for as long as you can imagine, you keep your hands on the wheel, even when you park somewhere for the night, worrying about what the next day's trip holds.
Know that you can take your hands off the wheel at any time, you're not moving, you have no car responsibilities, nothing to do. You are parked, there is no need to think or worry about the car, or what will meet you on the road the next day. For an hour, or even fifteen minutes if it's too scary, just... take your hands off the wheel...

Another result from my use of energetic charm and tone-control: a customer who I've interacted with for no more than 2 minutes today told me I "had a great personality". Of course she knew nothing about me when she said this.
Just sharing small victories now. If a person could be roused to say this about me, it's only logical that many other think it when under my gaze, if not overtly than subconsciously.

Incredible things have been happening. Never before had I thought I'd be connected to so many powerful, awake people. Synchronicity has been daily and powerful, the right people and events come in to my life daily, something is being built on.
I got myself a stellar and cheep apartment in 7 days as well, used some LHP to secure it.
Last night I had a breakthrough, allow me to try and express it with words and metaphor:
You are in a daze, a dream, listening and entranced in an elaborate, perfectly tailored television program. You are merged with this program, like a television screen without a viewer, floating in vast empty space.
But then, with presence and focus, you realize: there is something watching this program, something entirely separate, something alive.
Focus on this until you experience very viscerally this separate viewer, because this is who you truly are, and this is where an infinite amount of otherworldly power may be channeled through into your life.
If the discovery of this self isn't terrifying, or you are describing it with words, it's just more of your regularly scheduled programming. A direct confrontation with the self is like reaching the true epicenter of experience, it's unlike anything else.

I am struggling to put it into words, but this realization has resulted in the complete shifting of my "embodiment", and now I control the body from a completely different plane, as an energetic being far more powerful than the body i had previously thought myself to be limited by. This has made my practice of Martial Arts 10x more potent and effective as a result.
This is a very exciting new chapter. Before I was aware of the dynamic, but now it's direct lived experience. I'll share any new breakthroughs I make here, as always.
