WADR, I don't believe for one second that there are people who are soulless NPCs. Even if she was sincere in her belief, that doesn't mean it had any objective truth.

The problem with those kinds of sensationalistic claims is that they are impossible to prove or disprove. IMO public figures in the occult world should all be taken with a grain of salt when they issue these kind of proclamations. YMMV, of course, but I recommend a healthy sense of skepticism, especially when someone is trying to dehumanize others.

I mean, what if someone hypnotized you and then told you that you are a soulless NPC? Would you believe them? How would you feel?

You mean, you cant prove or disprove the stated experience of the subject? well, obviously. but thats where data collection comes in.

Uhm, thats not how a hypnotherapy session goes. "yeah hi id like to do a past life regression." "ok, sit down here please" wakes up omg i dont remember, what happened??? "you have no soul, sorry. have a good day thats 100 dollars"

Theres rapport building, often multiple sessions, and most essentially with any reputable hypnotherapist there would be documentation of the session. Besides, your only argument is that the claim is sensationalist... you're on an occult forum. What about plasma being concious? what about past lives? what about hypnosis being used to contact angels, aliens, etc....

I'm curious, do you know Dolores Cannon? For that matter, do you have any knowledge on the field of hypnosis? To the honest and curious scientist, its not a subject to be shrugged off as "too sensationalist" - some of the things that have been done with hypnosis, and the implications that the human experience of conciousness is an interaction with some kind of holographic information field makes in combination with the repeatable experiments of just doing some damn past life regression hypnosis studies...

How many breakthroughs never broke through because some ... pardon my language, im now getting heated, but some lazy fucking jackass of a so called scientist wrote off a finding or theory as "too sensationalist" or whatever - and instead of working to debunk it just said "well it doesn't fit my clearly limited model of reality, so its probably not even worth looking in to" .... methinks it wouldnt be so hard for you to grasp if ths attitude werent systematically applied to anything tat threatens business as usual, the status quo, profits, or peoples general oblivious air of comfort.... or fragile grip on a model of reality thats a bit flimsy, but theyre hoping it'll hold til they hit shore.

Like, seriously... do yo uknow anything at all about the history of hypnosis in the west? Anything atl all about a little thing called... what was it... MK Ultra... Project stargate..... perhaps youve heard of binaural beats....maybe more recently the telepathy tapes.... or the aliens disclosures from the whitehouse.....

so you're saying that every single person that you interact with in your experience of reality HAS to have a soul, because otherwise would be perposterous??? is that true of your dreams? what about other realities? or is that too sensationalist to be real too, paralell universes and alternate timelines???

im starting to think you might be an npc, how thin of an attempt of logic that was.

for real though, no disrespect. but if you're not an NPC, i suggest you hold your analysis to higher standards. you can do better, whoever, or should i say whatever, you are.

just kidding.

no but really, if you don't know anything about the holographic personality theory of hypnosis, i recommend peeping it for sure.

Oh yeah also, hypnosis is not a hard thing to do, you can usually follow a script or for dummies guide if you have a willing participant that has seeked you out. its really really not anything mystical or unpredictable, or even hard to implement. its not rare, its not an uncommon brain state (if it can even be described as that) - anybody, with the reosurces of access to patients, could theoretically prove or disprove the presence of the phenemonen.

yes, i sense a deep and fundamental misunderstanding or lack of understanding of what hypnosis is, and what hypnotherapy session that would bring this information out might look like.

If you're curious, it would likely involve several sessions beforehand. no self respecting hypnotherapist would dive right in to a past life regression without rapport building, and most people are going to need a few sessions to reach a state where their can access these "memories"

Beyond that, you will often have family and a tape recorder, maybe video. Most people would want to review the things they might say or how they behave when their accessing these states, because its impossible to retain all the information you would get from a past life impression especially in the fidelity that can be obtained by hypno.

anyways /rant

ok sorry, as for your final questions. If someone tried to honestly for real convince me i had no soul, id laugh at them and tell them they need to do a bug report, there seems to be an error in my programming cuz i definitely have a soul. the experiencer of reality need not be told they are experiencing reality. I dont need to know i have a soul, i am alive. here i am, feeling, experiencing, interacting, exchanging, creating. I dont need to prove i exist, i need to prove anything else in my experience of reality exists outside me. thats difficult. how do i prove that all the people in the world exist independently of my perception of them? fucking impossible. Besides that, science pretty clearly has demonstrated the observer phenomenon in physics, thats just universally accepted as truth now. No questions about it. Totally repeated hundred of times and repeatable by anyone. Wave slit experiment for example.
So, if you discover a non player character; you don't fucking worry about hurting its feelings. causing an existential crisis. it is BY DEFINITION not capable of experience - no more than the character in a mirror or an analogue tape broadcasting a 2 dimensional image at a screen is experiencing reality conciously. It is there only in relation to the period or scenario in which the observer and or the main character needs it to be there in order to fill in a piece of the plot that otherwise would not be. You're not like oh no, i hope i didnt break that NPC's brain.
I hope the little NPC children and NPC wifes of those NPC cops i smoked while evading my five star wanted level on GTA 69 for my NeuraLink;kore-W-EL-Aeon 3 brain-to-metaverse-interface device elon mandatorily liberated into my Neuro-Platform (thats what DOGE said we have to call our brains, now that theyre property of TeslAmerica - "brain just sounds so poor")

I was talking about this with someone yesterday and they said " i wonder how easy it owuld be to devise a way to identify these people"

Reminder that if someone tells you "you are a chosen one" they're lying. What have you done to be special? Some occult rituals? maybe you can do one or two supernatural things, but what have you done with this power?

Even if you did something with it, nobody is that important. Until action strikes like lightning in the real world. Until then, we are nobodies.

Like Harrison Ford in the director's cut of Blade Runner. Severly daunted. Which has nothing to do with the TRUTH of what he finds out about himself. Of old, the religions of many peoples (Homeric Greeks, early Romans, Vedic Indo-Aryans) considered most people as NPC's. Anything better was reserved for heroes attaining apotheosis. For that matter, read Gurdjieff, De Rosario, Gustavo Brondino: the best way to ensure compliance of perishable machinery like humans is to assure each and every one of them how infinitely precious he is, right up until phagocytosis is completed. Odds are you and I both fall into this, the "single-use person" category. Odds are...
