I can do it with a lot of strain, but I have to use both hands and a whole bottle of lotion.

An occultist I knew told me they astral projected into a room where two people were talking and moved a glass that was on the coffee table along the table . I can't remember if they said the people noticed the glass moving .Can you astral project or lucid dream.And develop godlike psychokinesis?All in one day or night?
I have seen somewhere recently astral projection is considered hallucinations by some . How would one know unless , in this case for example ,the people saw the glass move.
