Yes.

First, time changes everyone, so how your body changes, you change as well. You can consciously do some changes too, to certain extend. That's allowed thanks to evolved adaptability. How much one can change, I cannot tell, it's individual...

Yes, it’s possible. I’ve changed quite a lot since I started my path, and it didn’t happen by accident. The key is that you have to actually want the change, and then back it up with consistent action.

You don’t become a completely different person, you become a more deliberate, better aligned version of yourself. Your core stays, but your habits, reactions, fears, and other things can shift massively if you keep working at them.

Yes, in fact daily practice of magic changed me tremendously. Magic made me more confident, charismatic (in my own introvert way) and open minded. It expanded my interests, improved motivation, sharpened my mind. I became much more optimistic and overall positive.
