I am semi-newbie in the demonolatry area, but not so newbie in the occult World and have doubts about the offering stuff for clauneck, specially regarding with Spirits and Pure Cigar or Habans, I like them and i see it like a great luxury specially if they are good quality Cuban or another good producer, if i Want to offer one i must buy another one for me or i Can share with him? What do you think?

I know it is more of an acquired taste, you can call it if you want a UPG of mine that I associate this habit with a luxury way of life

At first, frankincense, a candle, liturgy / song. Always attention and invitation. Be sure to negotiate any increases. You get to negotiate and say no, because, well, you just get to.

My 2 cents here.

After contact and you"bring him down" (or up, ha!) 'your' Claunech will have a ghost body partially made of your "soul" what you are like, the material of the ritual, the liturgy (the words said) - and the culture you are in. So after solid contact is made, just ask him. It will be your personal gnosis, but that is also the point here.

Mine likes coffee and cigars. But that is also me, based on my background. Fellow GV magician Jake Stratton-Kent had relationship with a spirt from my maternal culture, the Mexican death saint, Santissima Muerte. He said he once asked her why she likes to be given - I forget what it was exactly... British lager (?) - and not tequila. She replied, "Because you're not Mexican."

The bigger point being, your Clauneck is "your" Clauneck. All the spirits will be, as I sometimes half-joke, 50% you. Sometimes less, sometimes more. In some Vodou houses and some Folk Catholic New Wold traditions the name "Clauneck," like all the daemons, are more an office, and many spirits can use them. Daemon names are seen here to function as offices or titles rather than singular entities. Each office is 'staffed' by a vast host of spirits and thought-beings who share that specific function, hierarchy, and frequency (pattern or "vibe"). As long as they act like the story you are using, as Clauneck, then all good.

In Espiritismo Cruzado, when a practitioner prays at the statue of St. Michael, they are calling upon the corredor -meaning the corridor/frequency / virtue - of St. Michael. The actual spirit answering the prayer might be a localized guardian spirit, a high ancestral guide, or a localized angelic intelligence assigned to that saint's "department" to deliver the requested work.

Whatever the "really-real" case, provisionally accepting this idea can avoid people quibbling and fight for their local manifestations as the singular, 'capital-T' "Truth." Accepting the "spirit office" model resolves most of these tiresome dogmatic disputes in spiritual work, when practitioners declare their localized experience are all the entities' "true nature. "

There’s no fixed rule, but I’d buy two: one for Clauneck and one for myself. If something is given as an offering, I prefer not to take it back afterward.

You could light both and smoke yours while leaving his cigar on the altar, so the moment is still shared. If you decide to share the same cigar, just make your intention clear beforehand and treat it more as communion than a regular offering.

Clauneck isn't that difficult of a spirit like the heavy ones. His thing is that once he gets to work he's usually fast, so if you want a job interview better be prepared. Mine likes sweets, perhaps a drink, can be anything from natural juice to wine or brandy. For incense frankincense, and sandalwood, even copal work. The latter two are more earthy in their essence. Candles an be of any color since it's mercurial spirit, but green and black or evn plain withe or yellow will do just fine. The thing is to establish a relationship with the spirit. I used to call him together with dutchess Bune. They're not a great fit although with a bit of patience they can be convinced to work together. What I would do is to go to astroseek.com and select the next Wednesday with Mercury day and hour either on the Ascendant or if you can't on the MC. Keep it tight like 3-5degrees around the angle. Mercury would be incredibly dignified in sign and exaltation in Virgo besides day and hour. Noe to the ritual make sure you shower you have atahme/knife, censor or incense burner or offerings ready in time, have the text written beforehand, the Orphic Hymns the winds from the Summa Sacre Magice(or just ask the AI). Wear multi colored clothes. Now when the time comes you light the candles, open the ritual, gaze at the sigil until it flashes or opens, then start with the libations, then the offerings, and finally the petition for help. Clauneck isn't really a fixed deal maker this for that so it's not like a pact, there's plenty of room for maneuver but not for disrespect. I would have the incense burning and maybe dangling the sigil or passi g the paper with his sigil and your petition through the incense smoke. There's no need for a formal pact or physical manifestation. Clauneck sometimes takes his sweet time to show up and flash the sigil properly and make it's presence felt. Do not be impatient, this is normal. Then offer your offerings first to him, you can partake too a little and even consume them after you close the ritual after you feel it has been accepted. You should have results quickly and you should have a clearer er head easier thinking and you will be thinking about crafty and smart ways of making money or selling stuff. I hope it helps. Even if you only got a candle a sigil and some sweets in your pocket it should still work to a certain extent so don't be discouraged, be prepared with what you have, have patience, build a relationship with the spirit and take those opportunities that will certainly come your way !
Edit:Sorry for the typos, I'm writing from experience and my heart.
