More then ten years ago, an acquaintance of mine, who lives in Northern Europe, complained to me that a certain Rosicrucian was astraly stalking and vampirizing her. I immediately thought she was imagining things or had confused people, because, for heaven's sake, Rosicrucians don’t engage in such things! They are devotees of light—would they, as such, even dabble in something as bizarre as “energetic vampirism”? However, she told me she wasn’t imagining it, that she dreamed of him, felt his presence at night by her bed, and so on. I asked her how she knew it was him? I thought she might have been projecting something herself. She told me it was an friend of her boyfriend, who, like this vampire, was a member of a respected neo-Rosicrucian association. At the time, I dismissed the case as her paranoia and kind of madness.
Then, a few years ago, I met a pale, frail, and sickly girl, the daughter of someone I know, who was in exceptionally poor health. After she survived clinical death, according to her story, she somehow connected with the spirit of a well-known Rosicrucian who had long since passed away. The girl suddenly became wise, began speaking Latin and German, and had incredible insights into various esoteric matters. Her parents were desperate, not knowing what to do with her. A year later, she passed away. The doctors couldn’t pinpoint her illness—she was simply weak, thin, anemic, and her heart suddenly stopped. I remember she communicated astraly with that "Rosicrucian."
Perhaps in both cases, it wasn’t about Rosicrucians at all, but the myth of the founder of the Rosicrucian brotherhood—Christian Rosenkreuz, remember, states that his tomb was opened after 120 years and that his body was perfectly preserved. Wait, who needs to preserve a body? Why was his tomb even opened? Anyone who has read Manly P. Hall's book The Secret Teachings of All Ages in the chapter on Rosicrucians might have come across the author’s claims that their adepts preserved their bodies in some kind of glass retorts, from which they occasionally emerged. So, how many more clues do we need to finally understand what this is really about? It is impossible for someone to exist in a state of hibernation for an unnaturally long time, to occasionally awaken, and then return to their previous state, all without drawing energy from the living.
I can’t say that everyone who claims to be a Rosicrucian is simultaneously a vampire. That’s not true, but at the very core of the Rosicrucian myth lies the story of the undead Christian Rosenkreuz. Let’s also recall what Israel Regardie wrote in his extensive book on the Golden Dawn when he mentioned three Rosicrucian adepts who lived for several hundred years. So, if these aren’t vampires, then I have a bridge to sell you. However, unlike the stereotypical LHP "children of the night" vampires, here we’re dealing with RHP vampires of light, so-called luxferates... You know, they hide behind smiles and understanding eyes...
Finally, didn’t Rudolf Steiner, Max Heindel, and Guy Ballard claim that Rosenkreuz later appeared as the famous Count of St. Germain (also a vampire)?
