Dreaming for days

Am i the only one who can spend days in a dream and it only be a few minutes or a hour or 2 in actual physical reality?

And if your interacting with hundreds of different spirits from different systems some get along some don't will this eventually lead to insanity?

and what's everyone thoughts on madness & chaos?
