I have been reluctant to post this tut, but for the sake of knowledge, people have the right to know.
First, I usually don't turn people away from my threads, but this one is dangerous. So, if you are any of the following:
•Not 100% sure of your energy manipulation skill
•New to energy manipulation
•Are not willing to play with your own life force
I must turn you away and tell you that this thread is not for you. Come back once you've mastered the basics and intermediate level exercises.

What is Soul Manipulation?
Soul Manipulation is manipulating the very energy that keeps us alive. (If you don't like the word "Soul" change it to "Spirit" or something)
This energy is very difficult and very dangerous to use.
The Risks
Misuse of energy of the Soul can cause spiritual sickness and even death. Do not take this lightly. Most Masters would warn against this practice. It could be compared to the risks of Necromantic Energy Manipulation.
The Benifits
When using this energy, it will be the most potent energy you've ever felt. It will definitely do whatever it is programmed for. There are also methods of splitting the soul, which I will not cover here, which are supposedly used to achieve immortality in some aspect. From a malevolent standpoint, manipulation someone else's soul could be used to kill.
The Standard Technique
This will show you how to tap your Soul in the simplest manner I am familiar with.
Step 1.)Raise energy. As much as you can possibly hold. This technique will assist you in raising what should be sufficient energy.
Meditate for a while and clear the mind of all thoughts and concerns. Once the Theta-Gamma sync has been achieved, visualize one of your feet touching the earth. Now, see the sun coming extremely close to the earth, and place the other foot on the sun. See the solar and terrestrial energy flow together in harmony building like a powerful ball of lava, mind the density, building in your Dan Tien Area. When the desired amount has been achieved, see the lava flowing throughout your entire body.
Step 2.) Find your Yin and Yang energy. The Yang is located in the Dan Tien, and the Yin is found in a secondary chakra below the root, by what can be described as below the scrotum on a male.
Combine them together in your Dan Tien, until you feel that all of it has been combined. Make a basic Chi Ball with this energy, which should be visualized as golden.
Step 3.) Use the ball, and see your aura being pulled off of your body, but ONLY a little. Then, find a spot on your body, and feel your life itself being pulled out. You now have the essence of your soul contained in your Chi Ball, ready for use.
Regeneration
Use this to fill what you ripped from your body. Sit in a comfortable meditation position, and see energy pulling to you from the air around you and filling the gap in your aura. Continue for a half hour or until you feel fulfilled. Feel the life of the earth. Raise it into your body, and fill where you took your own life from. You can also use an animal or plant for this, but keep in mind that those sources aren't as pure. Continue for half an hour or until you feel fulfilled.
Final Notes
NEVER use your entire soul, unless you have a death wish. Make sure to use the regeneration technique included, as skipping it is unsafe. Please leave me your questions, comments, and thoughts below.

Is there any book (books) you would recommend to be THE best to learn energy manipulation? If they're available in pdf's even better that way i get to read and see if they are worth their price in gold!! But if you recommend it... i guess they must be
