Is it possible that some ghosts are only heard on certain radio frequencies?
The idea that ghosts may interact with radio waves in some way has been inspired by reports of odd voices appearing from static and electrical signals.
Still, what might be the reason for these mysterious signals and why would they happen on certain frequencies?

Yes, they broadcast exclusively on 66.6 FM. Draw a pentagram around the antenna for better reception. If that fails, call the Ghostbusters.

But jokes aside, anything is possible. Whether those voices are actually ghosts is another question though.
Haha, I’ll save the pentagram for emergencies. 😄
Maybe the true mystery isn't what kind of frequency ghosts use, but instead why some frequencies first give the impression of voices.
That might be even creepier...

When I'm not summoning demons or lurking on here, I'm a paranormal investigator, and one of my favourite "tools" on investigations is the Estes Method, which is a refinement of the popular spirit box - basically a scanning radio that constantly skips through the channels, capturing static and snippets on broadcasts.

The thinking behind it splits into two schools of thought:

- The ghosts/spirits/ultraterrestrials/whatever manipulate the session so that the snippets we hear form answers to questions asked during the session

- That the ghosts/spirits/ultraterrestrials/whatever manifest in the white noise and static between the channels, as a type of EVP (Electronic Voice Phenomena).

If - as some believe - all spirits, ghosts, etc., are energy, then it makes a kind of sense. I've had some wild Estes Method sessions over the years, with spirits answering direct questions just as directly, warnings, requests, threats, jokes, and even very clear signals to stop what we're doing.
