[Help] How to get an idea or two for a project?

So I really enjoy programming and would do it 24/7 if I had a right idea.
Is there any way I can petition any divinity to grant me an idea or two for an open source software that will be engaging to develop and will end up being useful to people?
It doesn't necessarily have to be something that makes money, I'm looking for something I can develop in public in places like Github.

Can someone help me with this please? Is there any easy rituals I can follow to get what I'm seeking? I can't really afford to do anything too grandiose because I don't live alone and would rather not have people noticing it.
