Why not seek real life professionals instead? Take for example Raphael and Marbas, why not seek professional medical help? Same with Buer and his supervisor, why not go to a Psychotherapist first?

From what I can read regularly on some forums, it is often advised and recommended by experienced occultists to first use the services offered by professionals from the mundane world.

Most human beings do not use invocations or evocations directly to these entities anyway and refer to what they know and trust, namely recognized professionals.

In certain cases, often complementary, some seek to obtain a complementary help by having recourse to the entities. I think that there is a form of respect to be kept in mind when working with angels or demons, namely not to solicit them for anything and everything.

The problem is why would such a vast and powerful consciousness such as Raphael care over that. You wouldn’t summon a general to do the job that a cook could do. That’s why the Enochian hierarchy of angels is so useful so you can use a specific lower conscious for your specific need.
