I am planning to influence (Dantalion/Orobas) members of a brotherhood or large group in order to rise quickly within it and obtain potential indirect benefits. I have called upon Orobas and it was very fast; now I want to gain more contacts. I am open to suggestions involving mental magic or demons from other lesser-known grimoires. Thanks in advance.

Belial is my patron he will give you authority but not the type that's liked it's more fear based authority I'd suggest Bornogo they can open pathways for you that are unseen & his influence is less heavy.
People tend to shy away from me in person or feel uneasy mainly cause of Belial's influence his authority is harsh & makes normal people feel uneasy.
I have a hard time with normal humans they all seem to stay away for no reason besides the energy around me I'm very polite & nice in person but for some reason people avoid talking to me if they can eye contact is even impossible to gain sometimes
You could try Beleth he's still kinda heavy but less than belial
