In another thread, someone suggested I go eat "the local Thai mayo-ass cracker." I got to thinking what such a thing might even be. I finally settled on 煎饼, the local fried bread here in China. It's something like a tortilla or lefse (thin potato pancake). On that I added canned tuna and mayo, with a generous dollop of hot pepper sauce. Topped with grated garlic. Good enough for a lunch; not yet ready for franchising. Maybe choose between garlic or hot-pepper sauce next time. That facet was not win-win. Otherwise, all ok.
