Good evening so I have a few questions essentially what I’m trying to get at is I need a book on sorcery although I don’t want to have to pick up a book from the 1800s that requires fecal matter and robes and wants in order to do some thing that essentially just requires quantum physics neuroscience philosophy and alchemy. And to get to what I need from this book I want to open some thing like Pandora’s box that will help me shave and change my life for the better forever and this does not mean I need a book on philosophy on how to better myself I understand we all need that during our days but this would be great for me I don’t want to go on a long Jesus ear beating rant on how fucked up my life has been but I’ve been with many teachers in the occult community that have abused me and really I’m looking for guidance in certain aspects and knowledge of understanding and wisdom at the moment I am currently practicing out of one of Damien Echols book archangels and angels and I find the material very interesting although out of results I could only say that my experience so far has been limited and I’m really looking for something that I can connect you with well I understand that none of you in this chat know me but I would like some assistance thank you so much and I really appreciate this website.

If you are up for the path I would start with Ceremonial Magick. A ritual has so many uses and boosts up pretty many influences inside yourself.

The Middle Pillar Excercise is also good.

Ceremonial Magic by Israel Regardie is a great idea, since it uses Opening By Watchtower as a ritual opening and Closing By Watchtower to close ritual.

Unless you were referring to Joseph Lisewski or A.E. Waite instead?

Practice mindfulness. I think that will fix a lot of your problems.
