I know this will come off as just some kid rambling thinking hes got the world solved already, but I just wanted to run some ideas that I've been brewing for the past year or so by someone other than myself.
I took inspiration from alot of somewhat different places (shows like Avatar the last Airbender, Blue Lock, some Alchemy Videos on youtube, Hermeticism, Jungian Psychology, Aristotle, ect) and have ended up with a sort of Framework of sorts towards using the Human body/senses to Alter one's own perspective and understand your personality better.

---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Mind Circle Star thingy theory 🌞 ☀️ (Sensual Quatrotomy)
Ring: (Do=Demand / Be=Exist) [Sense] vs Round: (Have=Supply / Maybe=Imagine) [Urge]
Logos (Mind/Ego) [Hear] - Museikos (Rhythm/Rhyme) [Thirst]
Pathos (Heart/Persona) [Taste] - Aeros (Fusion/Separation) [Breath] (Eros?)
Ethos (Body/Shadow) [Feel] - Theios (Direction/Domain) [Space]
Telos (Soul/Anima) [See] - Kairos (Frequency/Amplitude) [Time]
Oikos (Blood/Spirit) [Smell] - Mythos (Luck/Fate) [Hunger]

Each Pair is represented as a cross of points on a 20 sided star
AD_4nXfiFdx4pMM95RMHlxmj2R9SnTN-2Xcey-1kCEMtrZ5X7Aq6Da4Gktsbz8e8DxD_WWMLgHYs5m6IehgjvWKOyxWpSFxS8VcLxU_lceMPoha3n2eAxLeu0sON_7Ld0AuqbGE_C1oBbA

So for 5 Senses, 5 Crosses, and Each cross has 4 points, which all have associated opposing meanings.
Also each “line” or opposing pair of points is to be connected by a Ring that exists in the metaphorical 3d Dimension, sort of like a Longitude Line. Mostly just to help illustrate that the 2 opposite points are connected.
AD_4nXe8k3jr06YBxn420KcBa_REzUQVbnoiy_7n110RKelHI3sNbODv1H2xRJ_4KhM6N5Ulq-nIoc_SDWKmGTbLaeBluXxqEUBS6KolFvKV5s-cP3KtX3nrmbUn15XJzGIv47vD_-hhRg

Example: Logos x Museikos
Ring of Logos: Hearing
Mind to Ego
wind to metal
free to restricted

Round of Museikos: Thirst/Speech
Rhythm to Rhyme
sticks to stones
Affirmation to Expectation

So this theory posits that your Logic Centers, your Mind and your Ego, are connected and operate via Hearing. “Mind” is the inner part of you that thinks, and operates via Logic. “Ego” is the outer part of you that experiences those thoughts, and is convinced by Logic. And Logic itself uses your sense of Hearing as a Medium. See why it's a circle?

Then at the same time, on the Perpendicular "Round". Your Music Centers, the Rhythm and Rhyme, are connected and operate via Thirst. Your “Internal thirst” is your Rhythm. When you are off tempo, you feel off and out of balance. It's the part of you that feels Thirsty, the Effect. And your “External thirst” is your Rhyme, or ability to sense rhyme. When your mouth is dry you find it hard to form words and speak fluidly. When something is about to rhyme, but doesn't, you feel a sense of loss or emptiness. It's that part of you that Thirsts, the Affect.

Here's how it is in practice:
For Mind, mentally, I am imagining my "mind" being filled with wind and thinking freely, filling all spaces. Kind of like trying to listen to 100% of your Brain Area, that's what it feels like. With the Ego, it's focusing on and listening to the "I" that exists, and that "I" thinks in a very logical, building bricks kind of way. If this then this, well then that then that. You are still "listening" so the conversation is internal, but it could be spoken aloud a la self talk. And it feels like a little bit of "hardness" or "pressure" beneath my forehead/temples. When I focus on one or the other, it feels like seeing the world in a completely different way. And it's hard to do both at the same time, which is why they are opposite.
Metaphorically, depending on which one you focus on, the "Ring" is supposed to rotate towards that point.
Then, at the same time as you are considering your "Hearing", you need to consider your "Thirst" which is how you arrive at the cross.
Since thirst is not exactly a localized sense like Hearing is, its a little difficult to pinpoint. You kind of need to do Hearing (Logos) first to then gain access to Thirst (Museikos), which is why it's a Cross.

The intersection points between the 2 Rings are a Critical junction, and they make a line that carries some sort of meaning. However, I haven't gotten that far into the metaphor yet, so I'm not fully sure. My personal hypothesis is that the Critical junction represents “Value” because this model heavily resembles a Supply and Demand model, which predicts Value. What that Value is seems to change depending on the cross you are analyzing, however.

!IMPORTANT! One thing to note: “Mind, Ego, ect” are mostly just Labels to better associate the sensations of Inner and Outer Hearing or Thirst ect. Not to be taken too literally as in the same Ego as in Jungian Psychology. It’s just that those words are the most similar concept I could think of.

For example; In the "Ring of Telos", I have Soul marked as the "Internal point of Sight". Does that mean it's literally the Soul? I'm not sure. But I feel like "memory" which is what Internal Sight mostly means in this metaphor, should be something that is stored in the Soul. It's on that level of association. The Anima would then be the part of you affected by memories, which you exist as when you dream/daydream and is responsible for reflexive association.

The "Rings" are all pretty visceral exercises in my experience. Since they deal with the major senses. The Rounds should be visceral to an extent as well, but not as distinctly, but maybe that's because I haven't gotten to the right level of experience with them, or inaccuracies in association

Here is the full list of elemental mental - physical associations (loosely inspired by alchemy):
Internal Ring Points / External Ring Points Internal Round Points / External Round Points
Mind = Wind-Back of Head / Ego = Metal-Forehead [Hearing] X Rhythm = Beat-Tempo / Rhyme = Flow-Pentameter [Thrist/Hydration]
Heart = Water-Heart(Chest) / Persona = Dry-Cheeks/Lips [Tasting] X Fusion = Libido-Desire / Separation = Fetish-Danger [Breath/CO2 Level]
Body = Fire-Spine / Shadow = Cold-Muscle [Feeling] X Direction = Map Orientation-Cardinality / Domain = Personal Space-Comfort [Space]
Soul = Earth-Belly / Anima = Electric-Eyelids [Seeing] X Frequency = Speed-Patience / Amplitude = Fatigue-Elapsed Time [Time]
Blood = Life-Veins&Bone / Spirit = Energy-Lungs [Smelling] X Luck = Rarity-Craving / Fate = Common-Satisfaction [Hunger]

By becoming more conscious of the connection between the experience of my senses and urges, I feel like I can switch my perspective on how I see the world, and that in turn leads me into approaching things from different angles. This makes me wonder, do other people do something similar to this unintentionally? Focusing more on some senses and less on others, leading them down certain ways of thinking.

-----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

In the end it kinda all reads/feels like Self Suggestion but I think it makes more sense and is more comfortable to me personally than other magic. It's mostly just trying to imagine, control, and direct your own senses to different parts of your body. Which shouldn't be dangerous given you aren't distracting yourself.

There are certainly many things WRONG with this model. Maybe some of the associations are wrong, or Aeros and Mythos need to switch labels or such. And maybe there are more senses that I hadn't thought of to link things to. Also the Black lines connecting points on the diagram really should also signify a connection between concepts, but frankly, it's too much to put together. Just considering the opposite connections and crosses is difficult enough. But I think the "Framework" and "Pattern" of it is mostly acceptable, and I do feel significant differences when focusing/exercising different "points"

You could also argue that a diagram like this:
AD_4nXf3GZDTzV0hGAUV30264akCg4VlJsA7d4gT4JfvM6_OY6mne3xvmuK_mElnkqviEgEx1W3jfhMLxXl37omCnpFsQUq72K_zxLFxQeDAVNWPSdGkOS0ZsDbqXr3Ma9Z94aNMYJ6IBA

does a better job at illustrating the metaphor. The center points all being the "Inner Ring points", the tips the "Outer Ring points", and the Bars as the "Inner and Outer Round Points".

Neat. I don't see anything particularly wrong with this model. It'd be interesting to explore what you could do with this.

Do/Be = Past/InversePast. Ha/Mei = Present/InversePresent.
6 rings “originate” from the chakras, but each pair of chakras has a set of 6 rings. bringing the total ring total to 6 * 4 = 24 Rings. which means 48 points.
this means there should be another set of rings for Future/InverseFuture and for Timeless.

New(ish)
(Do) (Be) (Ha) (Mei)
Ring: Do=Demand / Be=Exist vs Round: Have=Supply / Maybe=Debt
Logos (Mind/Ego) [Hear] - Museikos (Focus/Height) [Lust/Stress]
Pathos (Heart/Persona) [Taste] - Aeros (Rate/Depth) [Breath]
Ethos (Body/Shadow) [Feel] - Theios (Domain/Direction) [Space]
Telos (Soul/Anima) [See] - Kairos (Frequency/Accuracy) [Time]
Oikos (Spirit/Blood) [Smell] - Mythos (𝛀 Fate/Luck 𝛂) [Hunger]
Hermos (Level/Value) [6th/Meta] - Aphros (Balance/Order) [Thirst]

I wish you could delete things haha. here are some corrections on the last post:

the rings “Originate" from the chakras, and each pair of chakras has a set of 6 rings. bringing the total ring total to 6 * 4 = 24 Rings. Timeless itself is its own pair, which means 42* points.
Bai Du Be Ha Mei Fo Sau
(Du)Past (Be)’Past | (Ha)Pres (Mei)’Pres
Ring: Do=Demand / Be=Exist | Round: Have=Supply / Maybe=Debt
Logos (Mind/Ego) [Hear] | Museikos (Focus/Height) [Stress]
Pathos (Heart/Persona) [Taste] | Aeros (Rate/Depth) [Breath]
Ethos (Body/Shadow) [Feel] | Theios (Domain/Direction) [Space]
Telos (Soul/Anima) [See] | Kairos (Frequency/Accuracy) [Time]
Oikos (Spirit/Blood) [Smell] | Mythos (𝛀 Fate/Luck 𝛂) [Hunger]
Hermos (Level/Value) [6th/Meta] | Aphros (Balance/Order) [Thirst]
(Fo)Fut (Sau)’Fut | (Bai)Timeless
Rung: For=Forge / Sought=Seek | Runt: By=Because
1 (/) [Marriage/Promise] | Patience
2 (/) [Romance/Crush] | Bravery
3 (/) [Friendship] | Justice
4 (/) [Worship] | Perseverance
5 (/) [Family] | Kindness
6 (/) [Fealty] | Integrity

Borrowing the idea of soul types from Undertale because it fits really well as timeless/Heart Chakra. sort of like an "inner child" kind of meaning. hence "Runt". Haven't quite settled on names/associations for Rung points, but they should be related to relationships or "Futures" somehow. I kind of had the classic notions of "love" mentioned in the bible in mind. But I'm not fully certain that's what it is. So one "full" set would be Logos x Museikos x 1 x Patience. The Diagram might seem contradictory to the "point locations" but think of it more like the Chakras "Draw" the rings, while the points "Use" the rings. Landing on 42 points is a coincidence, of course.

this would mean that the Metaphorical "Cross" of points would be in 3 dimensions, with a critical point or Origin. (Logos) on the Horizontal X axis, (Museikos) on the Lateral Z Axis, (1) on the Vertical Y Axis, and (Patience) as the Origin.
