My idea is to draw symbols in a ring around my city's obelisk that is at the centre of the energy here and to have someone else draw an identical thing around the Washington monument. So the Washington monument would act like a receiver.

I don’t have anything planned there in the near term. That much drawing would draw attention. Bit of advice I would pull up an aerial view of both sites and map out where you want the symbols at so your partner could just go to those spots and draw a small version of the symbols to match what you did. Small quickly drawn symbols while doing a little late night meandering will probably go unnoticed.

I did a large group working where I was the one there a while back. Not sure we achieved our goals but some weird stuff happened. Good luck, my take is the chaos ain’t over yet.
