Hello, dear forum participants.

Exercise 1.

Exercise 2.
Concentration on a candle.
There are different ways of concentration. The main ones are: focusing vision, defocusing vision, focusing vision beyond the object.
The best time is after getting up, before going to bed. There should be a quiet place where you will not be disturbed during the practice.
Sit comfortably. Place a lit candle at arm's length. Relax. Look at the flame. You must not blink. This is difficult, but with practice it will not be difficult.
At the first stage (about 2 months), you should look at the candle by focusing your vision on the flame.
What does it mean to focus your vision? This is when your gaze and the object form a triangle. You specifically focus on the fire, its aura, without going beyond the fire. Your goal is fire.
After focusing on the candle, close your eyes. Try to imagine that the candle is burning as if on an internal screen. At first, it will be difficult to do this, but then you will be surprised that you see a burning candle in front of you. But this is not the main thing. You will begin to more easily and easily evoke the feeling of the screen in front of you by closing your eyes.
The candle is just a means to an end.
Now about the execution time. 10 days 2 minutes, then every day + 30 seconds. The ideal time is 15 minutes.

Hand.

Including on words when pronouncing spells or a ritual. Moreover, with prolonged practice with your eyes closed, you begin to feel the energy of your hand.
Advanced version: try to imagine with your eyes open that there is a veil of energy around your hand. Let everyone decide individually how it will look. Imagine it. Then transfer what you see to the inner screen. Over time, you will be surprised that you feel it.
Very difficult version: from time to time, everyone gets scratches, cuts, a broken nail, etc. on their hand (I do not encourage you to do this on purpose). Also look at your palm as in the 2nd version and imagine that the cut/..... is healing, tightening, concentrate on the wound. Then close your eyes, imagine your hand on the inner screen. The exercise is considered mastered if you clearly see the energy instability (the color of the energy at the wound site is different, the outline at the cut/wound site is curved), etc.
The most difficult version: do all this with your eyes open. All three of the above stages.
Exercise 4.
Dot.
Exercise dot as an alternative to a candle. Hang a sheet of paper with a black dot drawn on the wall. Look at it carefully. It would be a mistake to look at it absentmindedly, you should look at it delving into the essence, penetrating inside as if trying to look behind the dot. You will be distracted from it by sounds, different thoughts. Your task is to return attention inside the dot over and over again.
With the correct concentration at stage 1, you notice that the dot has acquired volume. You are able to change the volume of the dot by increasing or decreasing it. At stage 2, you are able to change the dot into a geometric figure. You begin to influence the object at the subconscious level. At stage 3, you are able, as ridiculous as it may sound, to penetrate the dot. That is, to purposefully direct, to control the subconscious.
A very complex option: when you get a result from one, add 2 and then 3 to 1 sheet. Everything is the same as indicated above.
The most difficult option: after concentration, close your eyes and reproduce everything you saw on the internal screen.
Exercise 5.
A set of exercises based on the autosuggestion system of Johann Schultz (autogenic training. Hereinafter AT).
