Recently tried DMT....

A friend of mine a couple of days ago decided it was about time I joined the world of psychedelics. And I wouldn't say I had a normal start.... So, he trip sat me through the whole thing. However, he made me go for a breakthrough the first time. I felt my face stretch into infinity as I entered a strange vortex that opened up like a door in a way and through a hallway of faces that looked at me in disappointment. (probably due to the fact I wasn't ready to see said faces) As I passed through the hall of faces I entered what seemed to be a strange room. There were pillars moving about in an almost gear like motion. There was a strange winged entity shaped as a beetle in the center who just stared at me. It didnt say anything, it just stared. Then I got pulled into a strange city with things staring at me everywhere but I was moving too fast to interact with them. I soon got pulled all the way back through the vortex and into reality. By far, the scariest experience of my life and I am still recovering a bit I must say.

You’ll probably have a better experience in the future with DMT or any psychedelics if you aren’t feeling in some way pressured.

The setting needs to be right.

With DMT specifically though the friend is right that it’s breakthrough or nothing.

Doses less than that don’t really have any kind of mystical benefit. It just gives you about 5-10 minutes of geometric visuals with closed eyes or a perception shift with eyes open.

You have to have the Vortex experience with it to have your consciousness go on a journey.

Now other things like LSD, LSA, Shrooms, Peyote etc etc yes please take baby steps and work your way up.

Taking a Hero dose of those will be a recipe for a bad time and major PTSD.
