I was wondering if anyone here that is Russian can give me the name of any books written in the Russian language. Currently I am teaching myself the Russian language and I am looking to challenge myself by taking the task to translate Russian texts into english. Any work that I do I will gladly contribute to the forum here.

What i plan on doing as well is provideing the phonetic spelling for any chants in the russian language — that is if the english practicioner chooses to chant in the russian language. Of course Russian does not have a "one to one" perfect translation to english, but I figured I would make a bold attempt to try.

You are looking for book recommendations, which of course is fine, but I'd like to warn anyone that may respond that you can only request books in English here. Furthermore, I'm assuming that you're looking for on-topic books, not "War and Peace", for example.

With that prissy Librarian reminder out of the way, I'd recommend going to vk com (which is something like the Russian Facebook) and look for occult book-sharing communities like Kala Sampa, Library of DOS, Inquizitor, AKME Books, etc. - it's where I find many of the English books I'm posting here but the free copies offered by these communities are predominantly in Russian, and their sheer quantity will keep you busy for weeks, if not months. As a good online translator, I'd like to recommend

which is really amazing.

Alas, I have no recommendations for specific books in Russian but maybe you'd like to start small and take a look at the articles at those vk.com communities I just mentioned.

Thank you for the recommendations. The reason im learning russian is specifically on the topics i was requesting. I was looking for ones which are NOT translated into english at all. I am not looking to use a AI to translate them for me as i do not trust that at all. AI has a tendency to be inaccurate with translation especially if the writer is not writing formal with bad grammar.

I will check out what you said. Thanks again.

And if its hand written russian like russian cursive, i do not think the AI will be able to handle that.

Don't know any occult books, but if you use Bible in your practice, to find a Russian translation of Bible should be easy and it has occult uses apparently...

Translating a book is serious work. Especially the translation from such a difficult language as Russian. I think you should choose really serious books that will be interesting to many readers. I'll try to share my personal opinion about this. Many trends of occultism are now represented in Russia, from theosophists and Freemasons to followers of the Left-Hand Path. But I don't think books written by Russian Thelemites will be more interesting than books on Thelema in English. And a voodooist from Yekaterinburg is unlikely to write a more informative book about Voodoo than a voodooist from Haiti. What does it make sense to translate then?
For example, in Russia there are very serious astrologers and tarologists with more than 35 years of experience. Some names are known to the Western reader, but most are not. There are also some serious rune researchers, such as Leonid Korablev and Anton Platov (Platov, unfortunately, died in 2024). Now I'll talk about traditional Russian witchcraft. Sorcerers have been persecuted in Russia for a long time. First by the church, then by the communist government. The real masters often live in remote rural areas, they do not write books and do not use the Internet. Most of the books on "Russian black magic" are commercial forgeries. For the last ten to fifteen years, such books have often been written by very young people (almost teenagers) who collect information on forums and create e-books in order to become famous on Instagram and other social networks. Sometimes fake books are printed by publishers in order to make a profit. Great care is required when choosing books on this topic for translation. This is a difficult topic for a long conversation. Finally, a link to the large Russian electronic library -

I have a wild suggestion what you could attempt to do. There's something called the "black psalm book". The text is written in Old Church Slavonic. Similar to the ps book it has 150 psalms but all to the devil.
I'm not sure who dealt with the creation of the book but I remember somebody called Andrei Satanenko from Ukraine spoke about it being used in his sect. Yes, he actually legally renamed himself to that, unfortunately the guy passed away years ago.
The text can easily be found on search engines,.pdf format. I don't personally use this text but it would be interesting to know what the dark psalms from there mean.
If you have studied some Russian then the old language shouldn't be that difficult for you, just some extra letters to memorize. My own ability to understand Russian is quite bad, enough to spell out but without understanding much.
It could be an interesting challenge to you.

Not much special about those psalms. They were made up around 15 years ago by ex-criminal (racketeer) together with the whole "tradtiion" which was popular in Ukraine, there were hordes of these charlatans following the racketeer's "tradition" until like 8 years ago, that's when the source of this "tradition" was publicly exposed. Well, actually the very racketeer came out and publicly laughed at all the followers of his made up "tradition", who made it possible for him to make tons of money. Still some people follow this despite all of this.

Here is example of some of those "psalms" (well, basically you saw 1 psalm, you saw them all):

Psalm 2. “For gaining Power on the path”.
And the Devil will rise in the faces of Kings of the Earth against god,
And against his assistants and follower,
And will throw away heavy fetters from Himself,
And will break them to dust.
And god who lives on the Heaven will go down to Hell,
And will turn to ashes in Flaming Gehinnom,
And all his assistants and followers will go after him,
And the Power of Devil will rule from his throne.
And the Kingdom of Devil in Heaven will come
And faith in Him and His worship on the Earth forever,
And the people will come to their sense and believe in Him.

Psalm 3. “For strenthening faith on the path”.
Let all the enemies on my path be crushed
Who want to take me off from the path and true faith in Devil.
And let my mind not hear the speech of the righteous,
And let there be shield in front of me against their speech and actions
Guarding me in day and night.
By my voice and thought I am calling to Devil without rest
And going on true path to Him
With hard pace and unshakable faith.

Psalm 37. “For the painful suffering of the righteous”.
Let the bellies of the righteous bloat,
Let their flesh rot,
Let them suffer in horrible diseases.
Those diseases are unknown to those faithful to Devil,
Those who follow the path of Devil are unassailable by them.
The flesh of the righteous will rot in the eternal sin of their redemption,
And their mind will defect from the heavy burden,
And their bodies will stink with fetid decay,
And they will die in unstoppable pain.
