Hi all, after reading this, I find myself interested in more on the topic of the HGA especially practical advice.
I am aware the book does go over this, but still given that it aims at giving multiple perspectives much of the information is condensed (which is good for the purpose of the book). I would like to read more on different methods, different perspective on the subject, and just get generally reading recommendations.
Would prefer modern English since my literacy level may not be where it should be for some of the more "classical"/"historical" texts.
I would also love to hear more about why you would recommend this or that option for a relatively new (at least new to this kind of practice although the idea is discussed in many of the books I have read about more 'material result'-based/ "low-magick").
I feel like I have reached a point where most of the things I apply myself too, through magical and mundane work just end-up happening and now I am more in need of like personal guidance and "connection to the divine" than ever before because I fixed/ know that I can fix or deal with most of the basic needs issues in my life.
Basically climbed up Maslow's pyramid of needs thanks to magical practices and mundane efforts, both necessary if you ask me, and now I'm feeling a bit more concerned/lost at what I should actually do with myself and my "newfound powers" (mostly attention span, focus, and a triple dose of "lucky coincidences").
Thank you all for your help and support
