This is going to be a guide for a general Healing rite. This rite can be done on yourself, but I'm going to write it as if you're healing another person. I'll refer to them as a patient. Let's say they're sick and need help getting over their illness. Don't forget, before any magical working gather the needed energy you'll need for the right during the day before you actually begin.

Healing is a process by which you first remove bad energies via a cleansing. After that, you must add certain energies to them in order to strengthen them against the disease they're afflicted with. The energy will stay with them for a while after the healing, so that the healing continues even when the rite ends. The color/types of energy are important. I'll do my best to describe the different colors and what they can do. Keep in mind that there is no reason to use every single color I specify, however each can have their place. I'll describe them in order of importance as I go along.

The first thing you must do is to prepare your own aura for the rite. You need to do this because if your own aura is filled with stagnant energy some could seep into the patient's aura as you're filling it with your energy. Cleanse yourself with sage, taking out any negative or stagnant energies from yourself. Begin to see your aura becoming open with love and ready to heal another.

Begin by then purifying their Aura with the sage as well, clearing out any initial stagnant or negative energy. It'd be a good idea to do a cleansing to clear out such energy as well (click here for cleansing thread). The cleansing should not just take out stagnant energy, but also help clear up energy blockages. If you can sense energy colors, grey is a good one to get out of the person's system. Grey is the color of fading, sickness and death. The patient can be standing, sitting or lying down. I prefer lying down, as this can take a while and also puts both people in the mode of healer vs patient.

Optional: Put a black aura over the patient. Black is a negative energy that absorbs all other energies. By putting a black aura over them, you may help them absorb the other energies better. Another option is to add a touch of blue to this aura to help relax them. A splash of violet can also open them up to being able to be healed by spiritual means.

Now to begin with the various color of energy. Remember, don't overload their system with too much energy. Just give them enough to do the trick. But don't give them too little either. The main energy to use for a healing is pink. Pink is a combination of white and red. The white aspect of it helps continue to push out negative energies. The red aspect helps revitalize their energy system, replenishing the energy their illness has caused them to lose. The next very important energy to infuse them with is green. The green energy will help boost their natural immune system. A touch of orange can be used to infuse within them the desire to heal. A touch of yellow can be used to boost their inner confidence against their illness.

Last step, and just as important as any other. If you decided to put a black aura over them, be sure to clear out that black aura. You can even go back to the sage to help dismiss it. If you don't, the person can go on absorbing all other energies they come in contact with. This means they can leave the area of the rite, and all your healing can be undone.

A possible follow up may be in order. In this follow up, be sure to put a bit more green in them as well as a touch of brown in them to help keep them grounded. It they need it, be sure to give them a bit more pink as well. The follow up should not be as extensive as the initial healing, nor have as much energy in it.

In case you didn't noticed, each color from every Chakra is used in this system. There's a reason for that. Each Chakra has different duties, and the energies added will help them. Note, you don't have to actually aim each color into the correct Chakra. Just putting it in their general aura and allowing it to be absorbed by them will do the trick.
