Hi all,

Which spirit or spell/ritual could help to sell one's property at its highest price range?
I would assume that this task is to be related to the sphere of mercury, but I wonder if any spirit from any tradition could help? whether it's an infernal, goetic, planetary or spells from PGM, or angels, I am open to all.

Any advice is also welcome.

Years ago I sold my house, and got my best price, by adapting a coercive love magic working, reasoning I wanted a buyer to "fall in love," maybe even a little obsessively, with my house.

I called on the underworld deities using the "Binding Love Spell' adapted from the PGM by Cecchetelli in his 'The Book of Abrasax'
