Hello!

I'd be interesting to start a small "sharing group", along the following lines (I guess mostly around energy/chaos/shamanism?).

_ Each of us (I imagine 4 to 6, roughly) would agree for a daily small meditation/grouding ritual, followed by an offering.
We don't need to all do the same thing, each can have their own way (in a large sense, for example offering could be giving energy back, by making something agreeable to someone (stranger if possible), by taking care of plants, sending love (to??), or any ritual you know with a similar vibe).

_ In addition, we would agree to perform, say once or twice a week, a magickal practice of our own choice (again, quite free, for example sigil work, divination, spirit work), which would be maintained, ideally, for at least 2 or 3 months (and then each can change the ritual; I say "ideally", because one might choose to update things earlier).

We would share and discuss what we wish with the group. There is no pressure here, and no one should feel obligated or binded to share or do things they don't want. Let me insist on this: it should be a friendly, benevolent and warm environment for everyone, or it should not be.
The only requirements are honnesty, respect and commitment to the practice. Again here, don't sweat it if you miss a day; sometimes life take over and survival has priority! But if you feel like joining, please be sure beforehand that your current life flow is compatible with the above. For instance, I know mine is not compatible with, say, a full LBRP every other day, with ceremonial bathing! So I would not commit to such a thing.

As I said, I believe something around 5 people could provide the right dynamics, but maybe some other numbers work well too. And if more people are interested, please feel free to start your won group: could be several groups, and why not sometimes some inter-group exchanges!
I haven't checked yet if we can have private messages for groups over here, but if not we'll find another way.

Things are quite free, but this is the basic idea. Who's in?

I'm down for some added practice to my daily routine in the morning. If it involves fire, elements, giving offerings to the wind, the local spirits and burning stuff- I'm on top of it.

Not necessarily. At the beginning I see it more the creation of a shared space, where we can exchange/ask/explain/try. We see if and how we grow, how we move. But some of us (or all) can indeed settle for a particular common method or goal (for example, it could be the general domain, say divination and each can use their way to perform divination, or a more specific practice (say sigil, with or without specifying the goal), or the goal could be common (again with either variety or the same way). Let's keep it quite open and flexible, so we can adapt as we go!

I might not gamble myself, but if it's a sport with nation teams playing against each other that could work with my suggestion for a global "Chess" competition if location and time can be worked in. A real world touchstone with the fiction. I personally have nothing against others involved in the project gambling and it can be worked into the ethical theme of the hypersigil and added to the divination. Ethics is forefront on my mind so will influence my participation.

Ethics is also forefront for me, at least a "non-influence" vibe in some way (of course, we influence, but influencing some sort of sport event isn't really stimulating for me). I like the idea though, and we could try it in another context, maybe with smaller view first (a general luck bringer, a more specific beauty-of-the-world (or coin, if you prefer ;-D) finder…

Well, let’s come up with a goal all of us are equally excited about. I don’t want to do anything that anyone has even the slightest qualm about. The force of manifestation would be uneven and may cause unforeseen consequences.

Perfect, thanks! Looks like I have created a chat room for nothing then (I wouldn't say matrix is similar to discord ;-) ). As I said at the beginning I wasn't sure whether private messages were only 1-to-1 or if group chat was possible. So we'll most likely stay here for this project. Thanks for information.

Glad to hear it's being kept here, otherwise I was out. One of the main appeals for me for this possible project was a public aspect to it where forum members could see what we've done and what we're doing. And after a few visits, Discord app holds no appeal. As for DMs it would be good to do some of the organizing offline, as it could be tedious to read, and will keep out spoilers if doing a hypersigil. Give readers something to puzzle out. But that's just an aspect.

I'm not so worried about secret in the same way others are. Persecution isn't an issue. I could talk for hours on subjects and still not tell everything. Interference can be compensated and will help divination. But, there are certain things I won't say, great pearls so to speak, that people(as human development/education) wouldn't be able to contextualize properly. Once broad appreciation is shown for lesser pearls in their unique quality revealing an understanding of their true basis, not through a delusional panentheistic model, then the greater can be shared productively.

A public journal for everyone to learn from since moderation is prompt and excels at dealing with derailers and trolls.

Regarding the goal, the suggested main goal being divination was an attraction. For me, this is to investigate the 'weighing of souls' and Judgement(as natural selection) in regards to ethics and reincarnation. The hypersigil for this doesn't have to be Chess, it can be an Amazing Race, or exploration story.

I've no interest in low magic for this at all. But like interference, can inform the divination.

This is also along the lines of getting experience for working with people online I don't know for future work with operations like those in The Magical Battle of Britain.
