The Nei Kung Bible

The infamous $1000 nei gong manual of Gary Clyman revealing the neigong of temple style Taijiquan. Really this is a very good system of neigong if you understand it. My personal understanding of it goes past how gary would teach it. Gary doesn't teach the finer details like opening Baihui etc so the Hunyuan Qi can enter through it. Anyways the highlight of the book is the condensing breathing techniques that converts the qi into explosive jing that can be used in fighting and this to needs deeper understanding which isn't included.

I just gave the Amazon link since my phone wants to be difficult right now. I think the image says Chapter 1 but it's the whole book. I'll get the hang of this eventually. Enjoy.

It would be better if you opened a new thread for this course as hardly anybody reads replies related to book shares.

Yeah, Book Shares. It would be nice if you added or copied some description so that members will know what it's about but it's not conditional.
