Thought broadcasting. The blatant hijacking of terminology. Making it quite hard to find solutions.

Yes. Looking for a way around that. Why would psychology even use that phrasing? Is there a mental disorder called... Astral projection, when someone is freaking out about their experiences in that regard?

I do understand however, that so many people would freak out if someone guessed their birthday or their favourite colour and over time with the misguided belief that they're handing their information over telepathically, when they don't really want to. Some deterioation of the mind might take place and some treatment would be beneficial.

However as it is with my experience. I haven't even wasted a moment in futility exploring psychiatric options, as it has been far too uncanny on hundreds of occasions. Having this information known can be quite detrimental and I always like to refer to the captive vs the warden scenario, just to illustrate how dire betraying ones thoughts can be. When your imagined escape plans or methods of coping, no matter how elaborate, are reported back to you by the captor, mere moments after you have conceived of them. Just a hole in the boat every time you set out.

Also troubling when one cannot with certainty distinguish whether they themselves are betraying their thoughts, as one might carelessly wave a torch around frantically plagued by panic lost in a warzone. Or whether they simply are being plucked.

Information on this phenomena in its classical sense is truly scarce. Owing to the simple hijacking of the terminology. It goes way back when and no way back machining has yielded anything.

This is Occult Q&A, so what is your question? Your post reads more like a journal entry to which you don't expect any answers.
I would like to be able to differentiate whether my thoughts are being read telepathically or whether it is myself who is betraying them. In the latter case I might even be doing so willingly and passively or uncontrollably just projecting continuously. As I explained. There is no point in orthodox science, as for example I might boil up the desire for a trip to Vegas and usually of a select few individuals, one or more will know exactly what I have in mind. Impossible to determine through body language or established habit as hypothetically to this example. I have never ever had any such desire and no history with gambling whatsoever. It also takes place over great distance. In fact distance does not seem to be a factor. I need this to stop as not only is it betraying every ounce of privacy but in the process any sensation associated with my thought.

If it is individuals in question using telepathy to acquire the information. I can deal with that. There is more than enough information. I understand myself as a person who thinks constantly, inner voice always running. So I cant identify what I am doing to divulge intricate thoughts and every other thought as well. I don't know what to stop doing to make it stop.

I apologize for the... Journal entry style inquisition. I thought it best to describe the nature of my issue. Also helps prevent back and forth... Answers like... Is your pc plugged in etc.

I wish I could be the kind of person who blissfully makes journal entries, never expecting any resolution.

Often in a case of warden vs captive one gives one owns answer. Read your last alinea and stop that, while at the same time be happy. Happy is a feeling that creates silence in the head. It somehow has to do with being in the moment and forgetting all that troubles the mind.

I find mindfulness a good thing as a training tool. Google it find a practitioner and go. Dont read about it too much, cause that makes the mind run again. 😉

Thank you. Well. That is an interest of mine. Passive vs active thought. Automation etc. Lobotomies and should I even be thinking at all... But it is what comes after. I believe. However I refuse to believe that active thought by default is decipherable without any hope of a sturdy defence. I will reference to the program of occult research performed by the US government, focused mainly on remote viewing. Subjects proven to be the best hope of any talent on earth basically, were asked to envision objects, places and phrases. For another, assumed to be of equal ability, to reveal. And the consistency was nowhere near 100%. Not even when performed on control subjects with no interest or inherent ability in the field whatsoever, could the trained practitioner reach the consistency demanded. The way you describe mindfulness has me convinced that anaesthesia could more efficiently achieve it, and I mean no insult by that.
A demanding game of chess vs being focused on taking a shot at a moving target. I would need to think for the former and definitely wouldn't want to telegraph telepathically as a result of whatever it is that is causing the... Leak. The latter is quite easily a matter of reflex once protocols are in order.

I have to expand. As the question remains open. As there is no clarity in how mindfulness could be a solution. At least not yet.

I understand what you write. Sadly my english is not good enough to express myself properly in a serious topic. Id love to talk further in the lounge, where a giggle here and there isnt a problem. Or a ramble like this: in my head im going lobotomy, remote viewing, aquino, o9a, oopsie rumania and whats in a name.

Im looking to expand as well. Oww, and fuck the Leak...

Mindfulness is trash to this Western magician. To me it means making more room in my head for people's inability to cope with the dense world than there is room for me to cope with mine. If there is one thing I find completely nonsensical it is making up stories as to why other people do what they do. This seems to be the whole of mindfulness, making up stories about why people behave poorly so we can forgive them for it. It is a deceptive instrument with the sole purpose of destroying thought form projections and spiritual boundaries. And besides, we have far more efficacious means to initiate receptive trance states at our disposal here, and they are called psychedelics.

"making up stories as to why other people do what they do" is a basic human ability called empathy; normally stated as "put yourself in someone else's shoes".

I haven't dug deeply into mindfullness, but it appears to be a rubbish form of meditation for people who can't be bothered to do it properly (discuss :D )

Ugh, ask some wizards about popular crafts and theyll downgrade it for you. Especially the female arts. I presume you guys go to the doctor for a nose job when you sneeze as well. (trying to discuss)
Either way, i went to a course and it works in combo with using your fucking brain.

So an other option that might work for OP's queste is NLP, Neuro linguistic programming.

Ill be drinking qoffee with richard bandler while waiting for why that is stupid too. ☕

Before I started magick, I laid the foundation with mindfulness training as a part of a dialectical behaviour therapy course. My first thoughts going into that year long therapy group were “well if it doesn’t cure my trauma then it will give me a path into magick”. Short answer: it did both. I started energy work and yoga, and 13 years later here we are. I think that’s a key component all magicians need to have before they start any kind of daily ritual: visualisation, energy work, the ability to focus the mind. That is where mindfulness comes into play. In terms of sorting out your cognitive barriers. It seems like a little bit of cognitive restructuring can help with that; cognitive behaviour therapy. Psychotherapy is also indicated for a year minimal before deep diving into the occult arts. It helps resolve unconscious blockages and shadow issues that will inevitably come up at a later time in your work. As a trained therapist I recommend cognitive behaviour therapy as it sounds like you are struggling with some issues with your thoughts.

I understand and wont lie that I wouldn't benefit from everything that was suggested. But at the moment in a bit of a pickle. Need my intentions to be private. Without giving away too much personally identifiable information. I can say that I am aware of past criminal activities of the people whom I wish to, either deny thoughts being read or stop myself from projecting them if it is the case. I basically need to gather the resources in order to get out. And there is no question, that of these people can accurately pick up on even the most complex thoughts. Another example. Lets say that just before bed. I ponder on a scheme to suddenly buy a ticket to Egypt to leave the coming Friday. The following morning, they will start dropping hints. "Would be nice to see the pyramids." Progressively rubbing it in more and more even asking directly.. "Why Egypt? Why not Greece?" They are definitely not discovering this through browser history or hacking router logs. I have tested it. They wont pass on the opportunity to further gloat their telepathic abilities though, whenever they do discover things physically.

This is not simply a case of. "You look like an apple pie kind of guy."

Going to a psychiatrist with this issue would be like confessing to a police officer that I just urinated in an alleyway. You simply don't do it. It is counterintuitive.

You have been given multiple suggestions now. If you are not going to take these, then look into banishing, shielding or any other type of magickal self defense posted in this forum or anywhere else. There's a thread by @The God-King in the Vendor section for curse removal which might help you but I think this thread has ran its course by now.
