What process do you go through when you do it? How often do you do it? And how long have you been doing this? What benefits have you seen? Do you play any music while you meditate?

I'll go first. I've mainly used Jason Miller's sorcerer's Secret. The process goes as follows.
1. Sphere of Hecate as a circle casting in his book on protection and reversal magic.
2. Bornless one evocation.
3. Invoking the Spheres meditation.

I will say that I am not consistent. Some nights I'm not feeling presentable for the gods. I also can't pick a time. Do it too early, I might be summoned for something. Do it too late, I might decide I'm too comfy in bed.

I'm currently researching some benefits of meditation to motivate myself.

The ideal thing would be to do it in the morning, and late afternoon, alongside at night. But considering that I have college on certain days, that's not something that can be done EVERY DAY.

As for music, I used to have a play list, assigning one song to each elemental sphere. But I kinda replaced it with Call On Me by Erik Prydz. Somehow, 90s and 2000s pop seems to put me in the mood.
