What does spirituality mean to you?

To me i will say deep self reflection
Interpreting events symbolically mostly dreams and wanting life to have deeper meaning In short for me spirituality seems to be about understanding the deeper and why behind my life experiences.

The greatest development of subtle bodies, which makes it possible to correctly perceive and interpret what is happening outside the physical plane.

For me spirituality is wjole range of concepts and tools that help me to overcome instinctual habits and behaviours. To change myself and become a better version of myself according to my own standardts and expectations. I have no fixed end goal in this. I just travel.
