What's your daily workout to keep your bodies fit & healthy I know most of us have strong minds & spirits hope your keeping the physical body just as strong & active.

At the minimum I do daily through out my day
200 push ups
300 squats
100 lunges
200 dips
200 jumping jacks
100 situps
80 side bends
And a little yoga
All in sets of course not all at once

I usually walk at least 13,000 steps as well
I don't do much weightlifting just body weight gotta keep my frame androgenous don't wanna look hulked out haha

I'm 5'8
179lbs

You are giving me some great ideas here what to add.(y)

I do some exercises with dumbbells.
Then something similar to pushups, incline pushups, against windowsills, objects. They are easier than normal pushups, but effective if you do a lot, you have to choose the right angle. The goal is to do around 1000 +/-. Years ago I was in a horrible shape and could not even do 10-20 of those, everything hurt for days. Now I'm doing a lot of them at once, over and over again, throughout the day. The exercise is good, it makes some muscles very strong over time.

Walking around, never counted the steps with anything. Some website calculation gives approximately 4500-5000 steps a day.
I've done a bit of those others you mentioned but not much. I'm a bit taller than you. Checking calculations, 6.32 or 6.35
