Didn't want to clutter this, but was wondering if someone knows offhand (I obviously do not), a few things actually:

1 Which lunar mansion or zodiacal decan is best on a Thursday during Mercury hour, or Mercury hour on Wednesday?
2. What is the effect on a talisman or ritual done on an off day but correct hour, still staying on base element of planet?
