I've been trying to search, but I don't see any books or info. I'm in my late 40's and would like to reverse my age to early 20's. I want to be immortal and I found a book on here for that, but I would love to be forever young. Thanks in advance!

The search for youth is well documented. From a magical plant in Mesopotamia to a fountain in Africa, Florida, and mythical islands. The Elixir of Life has been a pursuit of Alchemy. And then, let's not get into all the strange 'scientific' attempts of the past two centuries.

It seems people have been trying to reverse aging since the beginning of recorded history. A noble and historic quest, no doubt, but unlikely that the answer starts on a public internet forum.
