Need recommendations for spells or rituals to help with getting hired. Low or high magick or anything in between.
Thanks!Mendel and Nithael (36th and 54th Angel of the Shemhamephorash) are said to rule over employment.
Thanks.Clauneck is a demon of wealth and in close contact to Lucifer, he is one of the 18 servitors of Duke Syrach. If you are willing to work for your wealth Clauneck (Claunth) can connect you to chances you did not have before, to career advancement. He is in the Grimorium Verum. From my own perspective: he asks for reverence, for devotion to work for it, for energy exchange. It is certainly not free money, but you will get offers to have more employed work.
When I started the interviews for my current job, which I really wanted, I slept with my CV under my pillow.Need recommendations for spells or rituals to help with getting hired. Low or high magick or anything in between.
You might try the book The Magickal Job Seeker: Attract The Work You Love With Angelic Power by Damon Brand.
I tried the GOM books with no success![]()
Book – PDF - Damon Brand - The Magickal Job Seeker: Attract The Work You Love With Angelic Power
Weird e-book format but it was the only copy I could find. If you are unemployed, you need work. If you are underpaid, you need a promotion. And if you hate your job, it's time for a change. Damon Brand has created a simple magickal process that can get you the work you want. No matter how...wizardforums.com

Seeking Recommendation - The Magickal Job Seeker
I'd like to give some praise to Damon Brand and his book The Magickal Job Seeker. For me to truly say that a magick book works I like to get at least 3 results. For this type of book that's pretty difficult since the results are long lasting, some may only ever need it once. After several years...wizardforums.com
I do have the book, I'll give it a go.You could try Seven Spheres by Rufus Opus - the very first ritual he would have you do while working on his planetary system is a ritual of Jupiter that is supposed to improve your material conditions. It is fairly simple and might be worth a try. (Can't find the book in the library section, though I could've sworn I saw it there before)
do you mean Paimon from the Goetia?I've worked extensively with Paymon over the years, usually to help me find work. I can't think of a single time he hasn't pull through for me in this regard. It would often appear to me in dreams after the working to confirm it's compliance. On one occasion I even saw it's name on a licence plate hours after having just encountered the spirit in a lucid dream.
If you want a job, Paymon is your man. I can't recommend it enough.

Thank you very much.More of an interview spell than anything, but I've used this to great personal effect. Be warned, it also takes a little bit of your autonomy out. We are explicitly asking to be guided to the opportunity right for us, which means the opportunity you want might be shut down, violently. As you do any of your pre-ritual cleanses, I'd say spend a good few minutes thinking deeply on what the markers of a good job are for you. Merely trusting the universe without strong guideline expectations have led to unsatisfactory results. For me. YMMV. I cast this after I sent out a flurry of applications.
Ideally performed day/hour of the Sun, but since this is a geomantic operation, astrological timing can be swapped for something a little more worldly. E.g., performed in good, strong sunlight. Anytime, anywhere you do it, do some divination for a sign that this is an auspicious undertaking at the moment. I didn't wait for a proper time or place and worked off the div. giving me a good omen alone.
As you ponder what you want in a job, also think a word of thanks to Fortuna Major, Fortuna Minor, and Via. Also thank the symbols that came up in your divination to show you it's a good undertaking.
On the front of your CV, write a big Fortuna Major (the geomantic glyph, not the word). On the back, detail the intent. Here's a snippet of what I wrote: "Among the jobs I have selected, there is a job that will serve me best, and pay me the best, and be close to me the best, and merge with my life the best, and merge with my dreams the best, and over all will serve me the best. Let I have that high paying, high position, etc. etc." Write as much as makes you comfortable and certain in your intent. I'm obviously a little neurotic.
Sprinkle tumeric in a dish (sprinkle it in the pattern of Fortuna Major for bonus points) and mix with clean water. Place the marked CV inside. Over it, with good incense, if you have any (but I did without), recite Daniel 1:1 all the way to Daniel 1:21 [here, we are asking to not partake in the jobs that don't serve us as Daniel refused to partake in the spoiled food, and also to exhibit our strength to the managers as Daniel exhibited his wisdom to the royal court]
Say also:
6 It pleased Darius to set over the kingdom an hundred and twenty princes, which should be over the whole kingdom;
2 And over these three presidents; of whom Daniel was first: that the princes might give accounts unto them, and the king should have no damage.
3 Then this Daniel was preferred above the presidents and princes, because an excellent spirit was in him; and the king thought to set him over the whole realm. [this bit nicks us the job we want].
Discard or reuse the water as you see fit. Carry the talisman with you to job interviews. Place it somewhere respectable when not in use, and the more solar aligned, the better. I placed mine on some gold jewelery I had. Tradition also suggests wrapping it in silk and placing it in a blessed box. I would shy away from any hiding spot too dark or dingy, let it be clean. Keep the talisman around until you got the job. Goodluck!
My experience with this spell: I was softly booted from everything that seemed like a good choice. No matter if I was perfectly qualified or over qualified, there'd be some minor thing that made them reject me. But the interview I thought I gave awfully? Called me back with a managerial position higher than the entry level I applied for, and allowed me WFH options I couldn't have dreamed of in any other offices while being a mesely 20 min drive from me rather than a whole hour like the other options.
I know I and others ITT would be very curious to see how your job seeking goes and what method you used, good luck with everything!
