Book Discussion Book language

Hello there,
I'm not sure if this is the correct place to ask this,

Is it okay if to share a book in another language (not english) in the forum and indicate it in the title or it has to be english only?

I'm not an native english speaker and i have some books in spanish, i think it would be helpfull to have access to both languages

Not in the library, though I am looking for Clavicula Nosferatu... that one is in Spanish, EN edition si very rare, so Spanish that I could translate through google would work for me.
