By an extend to can. But you need more that your mind.
Form the clear Intent to move an object.
Compress the intent into words "I want to move this object".
Take Action by moving the object with your hand or other tools. (No telekinesis required)
Observe what happens as you move it, record your process.
Reset your mind and let the idea of moving objects with your mind go...
My Guru told me an interesting story. There was a yogi in India who possessed such pyrokinesis power that he could make raw firewood catch fire in the pouring rain. He made no secret of his skill, and was willing to teach anyone who wanted to. This man was supposed to retire with a yogi to the mountains, and perform certain breathing exercises daily, chant mantras and do other practices. The training was supposed to last TWELVE YEARS. There were no takers.
I'm shocked that some of these scams have been going on for decades, and apparently still going strong. Years ago Mixed Martial Arts (MMA) popped the bubble of all the Chi-balls powered martial arts when all their sifus and wonder mages got knocked out by quick hook to the face.
There are whole cottage industries of fake traditions, usually created by poor people in developing economies, designed to sell fake initiations to the gullible , and make money.
You have everything you need here. Just get to work. Save your money and avoid all the humiliation.
Even if such feats were possible, which I'm not saying they aren't, you're probably less likely to hurt yourself if you just exercise regularly and buy a gun.
I was just going to say that until I saw your message. That actually what I study...not for those reasons but health. If anyone is interested in seeing that in action you can find demonstrations on YouTube.
Keywords: John chang ring of fire, fa qi gong, Master Jiang Feng, faqi
If you want to learn it... There are a few, but it ain't cheap...and you'll physically have to meet with these guys after a few years to transmit the final lessons. You can't learn it online entirely. Don't look up neigong because that is a huge umbrella of practices. Look up faqi fa gong, or fa qi gong/neigong.
I was just imagining casting fireballs during daytime, then in dreams I had "real" ones, as well as electric bolts. Sometimes it is hard to do such actions in lucid dreams because of excessive stability.

Yes it's true, I heard that one also. In the Chinese neigong traditions, this is known as faqi fa gong. Back in the 80s a man, alias Dynamo Jack, John Chang was in a documentary called The Ring of Fire. After he displayed it, many teachers opened their doors in order to save the practice. It takes about 9yrs to cultivate, and another 10yrs of daily practice to master it. Some teachers even found a cheat to mastering it in less time by using a tensor flow, defibrillator, or other devices. They now even found a way for a student to cultivate it faster, but it still takes 7-9yrs to fully reep the benefits.
It does much more than setting things on fire though. Pyrokinesis, telekinesis, healing, reverse aging effects, blessings objects to scatter negative spirit energy, hardening fist or tools to cut through stone..... honestly sounds like fancy until you see it for yourself. You can find some examples on YouTube.
Because of the length of time it takes to acquire real results, many don't stick to the practice over a year.

I remember that, it made for great content to laugh at. The best is when they fend off a group with a finger, watching grown men play pretend by bouncing around acting silly.

Take mugwort tea if you want to practice lucid dreaming. I would also suggest sleeping meditation, and yoga nidra. They offer great advice for getting into lucid dreams powerfully.

Very interesting! I always have mugwort growing near my home, but I never heard of the effect on dreams it has. I even had been searching for psilocybin mushrooms. Thanks!
But on my level, inducing lucid dreams via WBTB is very easy.
