My go-to method is to lie down somewhere comfortable, play some instrumental music, and keep the lighting dim to help my whole body relax. If distracting thoughts pop up, I like to ask myself why they’re there, and then just let them drift away naturally, like water flowing in a river. You could also try doing a meditation in partnership with the goddess Hecate.

I already tried the om mantra but i don't feel much different when using it, i will try the 369hz, thanks for the recommendationI like to chant a mantra i usually use 'oumm' as the phrase you can say it in your head or outside whichever helps and you can listen to 369 hz also. Hope this helps you out
