Well, for starters, the constellation coming above the horizon at timemod north is your ascendant. You can find this in an ephemeris to construct your natal chart.

And how they affect our life's, mood, how we behave...
Well, the placement of the planets really is what your birthchart is about. I had one made by a professional astrologer years ago, he said I would become famous / get recognition after my death. If it doesn't work out that way I guess I'll have to get my money back.
Like with other things (your given name etc) there are things that you can point to / reference when you are setting a magical goal or redefining a ritual instruction to make it yours. For example:
Scorpio is my ascendant and Virgo my sun sign. When I do the Hexagram ritual, with the original IAO as Virgo, Scorpio and Libra, I "know" that is written for me (and so I rewrote it without the Egyptian stuff).

The birthchart really is a potential roadmap but (I believe) you can choose which road you take and where you pass by.

I think you messed up either the location or time of your date of birth. Sun in Scorpio means you're not Sagittarius. The website where you got that chart will probably also give you a breakdown of what everything means.

How does it work as I was not born on Earth?
I believe the moment your space Dragon soul entered a human form can be considered as your date of birth

That chart Baal had posted looks like it's using a Vedic model as opposed to the Tropical House system most common in the West. I had a conflict myself with the variance when I was learning, because if you calculate a chart based on the position of the planets in relation to the constellations, then you will get a completely different set up. Thus, a Saggy will be a Scorpio, or an Aries a Pisces. But the House system is based on Signs named after the constellations, the latter of being more useful in terms of the fixed stars within them - which can be interpreted in terms of a weaker and modified planetary sense and can predict things like blindness, violent death and herpes.

I prefer the Tropical House system because it is like a giant clock where the energies are based on seasonal influences and interactions as opposed to an uneven patchwork of borders in the sky. Speaking as an Aries myself, I can say the fact that the constellation Aries is so small that it really pisses me off. I mean, how fucking dare they? Why does Pisces get to be such a gargantuan monster?

I have read astronomy books and seen docs where the scientists argue for the falsehood of astrology because this variance of constellations vs. Signs. They easily confuse the two with educated flare, pointing out how the procession of the Equinoxes is constantly moving, so the old ways of stellar calculations are at the very least obsolete, and any meaning to them is just superstition. But the last clause of "superstition" was the starting point for the dismissal, so no detailed analysis of actual practices is needed. I find it enlightening when an expert can confidently discount and dismiss something they know next to nothing about. I loved James Burke's Connections series, but as he explaining astrology using a big table and little models of the planets, he picked one up marked with the symbol of Mercury and called it the Moon.

Aspects are also a key beyond sun sign, moon sign, and ascendent. The moon side is your private self, the ascendant is what most people see.
You will need an ephemeris and a good calculation explanation. For example, Cicero and Cicero Self Initiation into the Golden Dawn tradition. Excellent overview on how to construct your own natal chart.
An ephemeris is by month and year a table of all transits the planets went through. As for the end result psychology, more and more psychologists and astronomers look at astrology with more respect.

I don't have a "Space Dragon Soul" I am a Zeta, I was born biologically from a Mom and crashed... Then I had hell of a ride before I came back infiltrating using the hybridization program.

I remember constructing my birth chart from an ephemeris back in the 90s. Online calculators are much more convenient but I concur that there’s much value in knowing how to do it old school.

A few years ago, several of us practitioners had a discussion where we compared our natal charts with the types of magic/planets/etc we focused on.

There were a couple that was not even close but mostly (of the more experienced ones at least) there seemed to be a pretty decent correlation between the two.
