Umm it sounds like restructuring and magnetizing it, it Sounds like psyedoscience but I mentioned it in the third eyebtjread, you can go on Amazon and buy magnetized ceramic pots that restructure the water and there was a researcher that showed words, intent/emotions change the structure of water, he did this be using different jars, saying different words with intent and then flash freezing them and seeing the patterns, words like “love” “hope” made beautiful patterns where as “hate“ and “worthless” showed uneven obscure patterns, and according to scientific literature, magnetizing water or having it swirl and flow rather than having it shoot through right angles Helps the structure of it.
A good idea would be to research things for yourself and actually read Bardon's book instead of listening to people's opinions on youtube (or reading opinions about certain concepts here, for that matter). What that youtuber meant was that in Bardon's Stage One (Magic Physical Training), Bardon has this interesting idea that you should 'magnetize' (charge / enchant) everything you eat and drink; he doesn't give a specific method and it basically amounts to something like blessing it, like Christians saying grace before meals.
Yeah, magnetize, restructure, there’s a real scientific basis for this, and that one researcher showed that the words and emotions you put behind the water when speaking makes a difference in its structure.

Well since water dissolves into the entire body it could be used to rejunevate or heal or something akin. A spiritual blessing can also be given through water.
The incense needs to be appropriate to the purpose / diety you are offering it to. To figure out which one you need to use a combination of intuition and research.
You have to put the feeling into the water. Imagine the golden light hitting the surface, all the water turns gold and rises up like a huge fountain gleaming with golden light and power. When you drink it imagine it glowing inside you and that you glow with power and energy. This imagination is the inner work that must accompany outer work like drinking the water
Is that practice from Reiki? because the tradition I practice I cannot change from what is stated in the book and theres no intention in this ritual I practice, just the energy work and charging, and something no one says is to recharge yourself after charging water or anything.
Not from reiki. Well if there is no intention in the ritual I can't see how you can charge anything. Surely the charging is an intent by definition. If you can't change from the book what's the point of asking for help if you can't do anything suggested?
