Hello, my dear friends,

my name is Lami-Aris (the very first name given to me). Im on my journey through past lives and Im collecting knowledge to understand myself, the heritage and the legacy I left for myself in whole existence of me (= my soul). Im looking forward to reading and possibly sharing, if it is interesting for you, guys, everything touching this big topic. Im also deeply interested in quantum physics (it helps me understand soul - energy - and this world (universe)).

Oh my, rly? I have dreams every night so I stopped writing a diary (it was very tiring). If you dont mind my question - what are dreams for you? For me it is a way of communication between soul and mind through pictures and situations.

it happens to me too sometimes , but one thing i did was try to only write / remember the ones that feel the most important and / or interesting

oh ! i believe they can be many things ! either memories from other lives or dimensions , or ways for spirits to communicate with us ^^

- Can you recognize the diference between (how to say it) "types" of dreams? I have like 4 of 5 - depends on my feeling and some features of theirs.

not always , but one thing i assume , is that if i slept with a spirit's sigil under my pillow , it could be from them
