Hello I suffer from psychic attacks and people have very bad intentions to me and my family, like literally we are in danger from the locals and I have been recommended a simple but effective "return to sender" spell but I know nothing about it, I got told is like a "reflection" spell and the lady that told me told me to use a simple mirror facing away from my room, like in the window, I work High Magick in the room I sleep and I work in the same room, so basically I am over here most of the time but my parents arent and I want to protect them as well from this peoples bad intentions.

I am also told I could carry a small mirror pendant or in my pockets, and for example I could have a box with a mirror and put something related to the people that wants to harm us inside the box with the mirror.

I am going to cite the text she send me so you guys get a better picture:

"So you would do your meditations, like the middle pillar for example, or even the LIRP or LIRH, and when calling down that protective light, you call it all around you and then force the mirrors to reflect everything that ISN'T that light away from you. In Feng Shui in believe they place a mirror above the door facing out, to send back all evil. Problem is that this will be an eyecatcher and today everyone can read about everything.
Maybe some of those really tiny mirror tiles can be placed around the house, near the ground, where they go unnoticed.

edit: I don't know where I read this
where it instructs you to tape a foto of yourself (or your family member) to the back (with the image facing the back of the mirror).

Spell / affirmation of your witch friend seems good to me

Hello, I'm sorry you're going through this. I want to add that you should also wear red coral,a red thread bracelet or anklet, or even a tiger's eye for protection from the Evil eye. (There are other traditional protective charms, but these are more readily available).

next , spiritual baths! Get pink Himalayan sea salt ( its pink because of high Iron content). The salt is purifying and the iron is warding. get a regular bath and clean your body first. Then run a hot bath (if you have a tub) if not use a large mixing bowl filled with warm water and dissolve a cup of salt in the water. slowly splash yourself down with the water, starting from your head, working your way down, or submerge yourself in the tub 7 times all while visualizing the curse sliding off you like mud. (I suggest exorcising the salt and water first before mixing the water and salt) you could also read Psalm 7 as you do this bath if you are comfortable working with bible magic.

incense! Lilac loves to break curses.

return to sender protection spell:

gather to yourself
1) an old, worn-out shoe
2) shard of broken mirror (already broken, don't break a mirror for the spell)

place the shard in the shoe, if the shard has a point aim it at the toe. Hang the shoe discreetly outside your home. near the front door

I read your post. The first thing you need to do is shield your home from negative energies.

1) Purify it with any purifying incense, even olibanum is fine.

2) Spray exorcised water in the four corners of each room.

3) Pass a consecrated candle along an imaginary perimeter outside the entire house.

4) Sprinkle exorcised salt around the perimeter of the house.

Wait 1 to 3 months and see if there are any improvements. If there are, stop. If there are none, or if the problems increase, it means that we have touched an open wound and that more powerful action is needed.

Honestly, you don’t even need a physical mirror. The “mirror” can exist entirely in your imagination. The key is intention and focus.

If you’re doing any Golden Dawn-style banishings or energy rituals—like the Middle Pillar—try adding a visualization component: draw the negative energy toward your solar plexus and imagine it condensing into a miniature sun or fireball. Keep pulling the energy into that fireball, and see it expanding, burning away the negativity. Then hold that energy around you like a blazing shield, protecting yourself and your family even when they aren’t in the room.

On top of that, I’d recommend a heartfelt full LBRP in the center of your home. Visualize the archangels standing at each corner, forming a protective perimeter. Imagine them actively guarding the space, keeping your family safe, and reinforcing the boundaries you’re creating.

Protection isn’t about mirrors on windows or objects in boxes—it’s about focused energy, clear intent, and strong visualization. If you do that, the “return to sender” effect happens naturally without needing any physical mirrors at all.

LIRP in the morning and LBRP in the evening. Takes away all malevolent energies. It's really that simple. LIRP infuses your aura with Divine energies and materializes you into the material realm. No attack can harm matter.

Thank you I really went back few steps I bought some cigarrettes and Ive been feeling quite depressed, I am changing my diet to a Medimood diet because I was trying Keto and I honestly I cant, I live with my parents and they have so much yummy stuff I cant do Keto, but I am trying to do Mediterranean diet adapted for people with depression which is perfect for my mental health, I dont know if for example the ciggarretes thing I could not control myself and got 2 small packs of ciggs I dont know if its external influence, I have made posts here and in Reddit about how in Saturday in Mexico I feel an urge to smoke, I smoked cannabis and tobacco, but now I dont, just every once in a while I get maybe a smal pack of ciggs, I cant clean my habit and just yesterday I was very depressed for the smoking in saturday and sunday, and when this happens I dont do my LIRP or LBRP, nor I do Middle Pillar style ritual.

Wind chimes are considered protective(the sound of bells and chimes in general are said to be used for protection, to ward off what's negative and to bring what's good), they're good to listen to and you can put them anywhere in the house, so long there is at least some breeze.

One mental image I use(that I learned from my father) is to imagine a huge bell around you(technically speaking, the bell is above you, you're hidden inside/under it) and whenever you feel odd or as if something is wrong, concentrate into both the image and the sensation of the bell making a sound and the soundwaves produced by it spreading around in a circle, pushing away everything with ill intent towards you.

My bell is a thick stone one, you can use whatever bell image you want as long as it is one you know you will remember and be able to use fast if needed.

In regard to your drug use, seeking professional help is always the best choice as they are people used to helping others and may know ways to help you kick off the addiction.Stability and discipline are a necessity when dealing with it.

One thing you can try to do is to keep yourself busy, because busy people are too tired for addictions or do not have time for them(a bit like putting them off "for later" only for you to realize "oops, later is now, but man I'm tired, I'll leave it for tomorrow").Start doing crafts(keep hands busy), go volunteer, spend your time visiting the library to read all the books there, help around the house, pick some goals like learning new things and work on them, get a job(if you don't have one), anything to help you become better while trying to get rid of what ails you.

If most things you pick to eat are healthy(or relatively healthy) then there's no need to feel guilty.You need to slowly change your lifestyle if you want to change your diet for good.For example, a good source of protein that can be quite filling and is also the "lazy person's food" are eggs.Be boiled or scrambled, they're easy and fast to make.

If you learn(or already know) how to cook, you can find so many tasty and healthy food recipes to do, even desserts and some foodstuffs people consider "junk food".

Thank you, I do some of the things you recommend, I have not done cannabis in 10 months, alcohol is not really my problem, I dont drink, and yes as you said I try to keep my mind busy, I practice piano, make music in PC and that is what I want to work as a professional, I also do help around the house, have a small cat which my family and I take care off, it unites us.

About the food thing I mean I am very fat and is a problem, I ve been always a little obsessive compulsive, I smoked a lot, just as I eat a lot, so yes I try to take sugars and super processed foods out of my diet for my mental health, and I do love eggs, cheap and full of nutrients is a wise meal in a country that promotes deep fried food like tacos.
I do cook for pleasure as well, thats how I do my mediterranean diet, I prefer cooking myself than buying food, is way cheaper and I can use olive oil, most places here use soy or corn oil which are bad for the mental health and that is really a problem for me.

I suggest searching about "intermittent fasting", it's something that helps a lot with learning to change your eating habits as well as learning to manage them.Helped me lose almost 10 kg only with it, not even taking into account exercising.

It takes a while to start and to keep doing, but once you get used to it is almost automatic.

You can find many videos on youtube about exercises you can do(regardless of your current physical shape), but if you're the type that prefers "to do something right now" since you doubt you'll do it later,
check a site called Darebee
, there you will find things like "exercise of the day" which you can see and do right away.

It's by slowly building the habit that you'll get where you want.
Also, if you like to fry things I suggest giving a try at an airfryer.It may not end up the same as with using oils, but it's near enough and just as tasty.And healthier.
