I would recommend starting with Vampire's way to psychic self-defense
It's a good way to taste Vampiric use of energy outside of vampirism to familiarize yourself with it. After some time you can choose one of the other books. Skip Father Sebastiaan for sure, they are filled with cool words, but it's occult written by amateur who never went deep himself.
You can choose from:
Don Webb - Not fully my taste but workable for sure
Aset Ka books - Not in my collection, but is in the WF library
Michele Belanger - didn't read that one yet, I got review that theory sucks, but practices are at least practices
Or the other books that are in the collection.
My personal approach is first to read the book cover to cover to get sense of the offered system, and then deciding if I start practicing. But when you start, be serious and do it.
But if you read the threads on the Vamp section, you should have found that main thing is still to do the job, to practice and walk the path. If you put no effort in, you won't get anything out of it. So keep that in mind.
