[Tutorial] a Relaxation ritual with Marbas

Dizzy claimer: whether you believe the Enns are millennia old secret invocations, or a 20th century invention doesn't matter. The fact is that all over the world there are people like you (and some like me) who use these chants to establish contact with spirits. And, whether you believe these spirits are demons or misunderstood poor overthrown gods or something else entirely depending on your mood doesn't matter either. And finally, whether you believe these words are made up and just sound occulty, they are garbled Latin, horrible Sumerian, or awkwardly transcribed Hebrew again: it doesn't matter.

My interpretation of the Enn is that it either means
Be reborn, that is the task, from two sanctuaries I make a pact with you Marbas
or
Brighten, act according to your nature and advise me, protect me and live within me. Tear away the curse and form a wall Marbas
or
The scent, your counsel is a blessing for the soothsayer. Please kindle the fire o magnificent Marbas

Maybe it's a mix of all, none of these, or it depends on the person using it.

Marbas is the 5th Spirit of the Goetia and (is said to) rule over / reside in the 21st to 25th degree of Aries. Which is where the Sun currently is.

This little ritual / meditation / visualization was given to me by Marbas in 2021 and I now give it to you.
Because you are the best.
If you can find a nice place outside then please do it there, else your bedroom is fine.

Light a candle

Lay down on the floor with enough room around you

Calm your mind

Concentrate on your solar plexus

Start to whisper / chant / vibrate the Enn of Marbas

RENACH TASA UBERACE BIASA ICAR MARBAS

Visualize a golden radiating sun in that area for a few moments

Allow the image to change into the head of a lion – the head of Marbas

Feel his calming power
Slowly chant

ESA RU MO HAL

See how Marbas’ manes grow and spread through your body as you continue the chant

Feel how muscle tensions dissipate when the manes reach them

Feel the vibration of the start of Marbas’ roar

Continue the chant and let the manes relax your entire body

Feel and hear the mighty roar of Marbas within

Remain in this state as long as you wish

Bring your hands together as in prayer, kiss the tips of your index fingers and then place your hands on your heart to end the ritual

Interesting. I didn't know you could just ask the Goetia demons for direct effects like this. I thought you had to go through an entire Solomonic evocation ritual because, in theory, it's the way you make yourself seem "worthy" of a negotiation with someone high up in the demonic hierarchy.

Demonolatry is different than Solomonic Magick. Funny thing: I had a pain in the muscles between my shoulders for a week and last night found this ritual again right now the sun is in the appropriate degrees. It's magic .
