Hi guys. I was wondering if anyone can recommend me where to move in energy work. I learned how to create energy balls and charged them with intentions but I feel like it is just the beginning.

Good evening, Blue. I would recommend research into yoga/chakras as well as into the Kabbalah (and the Tree of Life); there is also a Golden Dawn ritual called the Middle Pillar, which might prove of interest to you : )

I would say that there are basically four things to work on in the realm of energy work: clarity, precision, concentration, and intensity. Clarity here refers to the extent to which your own channels are free of blockages. Qigong standing meditation is my preferred method for working on this. Precision refers to your ability to attune your energy to that of others beings, entities, objects, etc. You might say this combines the ability to "listen" energetically with the flexibility to match the energy that you are discerning. Concentration is just your ability to stay focused on a relevant energy phenomenon for extended periods of time. And intensity is of course your ability to move lots of energy in the particular ways you choose.

I haven't studied Qigong, though I have used Pranayama's breathing method successfully to raise and direct internal energies. I just looked up comparisons and Qigong also seems to emphasize the importance of controlled breathing. Does your Qigong technique include any sort of visualization practice, and does timing or place impact the results that you gain? Oh! And thank you for sharing : )
