I saw another thread but either the links were dead or the book wasn't complete. This one should be complete.

Links seem to be broken including the link to the thread. I have a version which is marked as incomplete. I'd very much like to have a PDF version along with my physical version so if you happen to have a working complete PDF please upload. For now here is the incomplete version:

@tansana Did you check to see whether that one from the old thread was the same as this incomplete verson?

To ensure that this isn't just an issue on my end can you check page 412, 413 and 417 or 452, 453 and 454 for examples? Most of the book seems to be present so it's still quite useful however I do strongly feel this is a book worth preserving in its complete form.... so much so that I may do my own scan of it physically worst comes to worst.

It certainly does appear that atleast 2 of them are blank. I don't have a physical copy of this specifically, numberwise.
So, on 411, i was under the impression initially that the chapter ended there and the blank pages were just an error when transferring formats. now though, i am not so certain. As with the aforementioned the blank pages though, starting at 452 i think it may be formatting because the bibliography seems complete..? Do you happen to have a physical copy, couldn't remember if you had mentioned.
At any rate, good catch! thank you for bringing it to my attention, and sorry my replies are sometimes a little belated on this forum.
