Any advice for successfully working with the Qliphoth?

Hello all, I'm a relatively new but well read practitioner seeking advice from anyone with experience who is willing to share their wisdom. What are some good books and resources for someone who is preparing to begin initiating into the Qliphoth? Specifically within the realm of the Anti Cosmic Tradition?
