Well, hun, don't forgo the lbrp. The lbrp and the mp have different aims. The lbrp is a cleansing ritual to balance elemental (emotional) energies within the body and spirit. The middle pillar charges the energy centers and improves your ability to perceive and manipulate subtle energy. Both and more are necessary for a solid magickal practice.
