Best easy spell for beginner to do that will work?

This topic gave me a bit of pause because it asks for a guarantee of success. But honestly, high chance of success is difficult for a beginner, either because of tools necessary to pull of something like a grimoire evocation, which IMHO will work if followed to the letter, or it requires inner power and cultivating it is problematic. Still, I think it's a good question.
Sigils are a great test of your inner power/raw magickal talent. You don't have to forget them, frankly that's an old myth. Pick something that's just out of your mundane reach, but not impossible ("I am an astronaut" is usually bad idea). I recommend using runesoup method of making several sigils alongside one sigil that's certain to come true, especially if it involves you doing something.
Look into your local folk magick traditions and find something you can do exactly as instructed.
